Complete scam - terrible polyester materials shipped straight from china. Avoid at all costs!!!

This company is not what it seems. I had to wait weeks for the goods to arrive, as they were from China, even though they come across as a UK based company.
The quality is nothing like what the images look like. Awful thin cheap material, terrible sizing, so I asked to return, the address is in China and the cost is £45 to return. Its my own fault, the alarm bells should have rung when I noticed the comments on each post are not visible, please don't make the same mistake I did, avoid, avoid, avoid!

Scammy but the worst kind of scam where they actually send some horrendous looking product straight from China b it takes 3 weeks to receive.

Poor quality, Chinese labels, terrible stitching. Worth about it 40p at most. Returns to China apparently despite saying it’s free returns for defective clothing. All of it is defective.

Save yourself. Do not throw your money down the drain. If you’re already too far gone get those chargebacks raised with your bank. Would be easier if received nothing! 😂

Took 3 weeks for delivery, all over the emails I sent, with regards to delivery, when the items arrived, poor quality toot from China, contacted them with regards to a return and so far have been ignored.

Avoid these con artists!! 🤬

As always, I read the sizing information very carefully. A lot of this online stuff runs small, but they provided detailed measurements to ensure correct fit. I ordered XXL, which should have fit comfortably. The shirt I received yesterday is no more than a medium. I don't know exactly, because the size tag has been cut off with scissors (the ragged stub of the tag is still there.) Scam.

Such a poor experience - Misleading website, looks British but it's actually Chinese (no mention of that though on the site). Quality is poor, something you'd expect from Temu. Returns process is awful, should be fully in your right to return for a full refund, have to email and you have to provide a reason - then they try to say, we'll send you another one free of charge - just told you I'm not happy so why would I want another one? They offer a partial refund, if you want a full one you have to send back to China out of your own money, costs like 1/3 of the price of a shirt to do that so they offered me 25% (up from 10% which is a joke) and I've still not received it - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Dreadful experience. The shirt I ordered took roughly 2 weeks to arrive - no surprise in the end, as it was shipped from China.

It arrived looking far more cheap and tacky, made from rubbish material, than in the pictures. There was some loose thread, where the shirt had not been sewn together properly.

I asked for a refund, due to the clear defect. This is something their website indicates they give. They have refused to give a full refund, despite this, and are asking that I pay for postage back to China.

Avoid these scam artists like the plague.

exactly the same experience as everybody else, chinese manufacturer, apalling quality, I ordered an XL and XXL, they sent the same size. Took 14 days + t arrive. before it arrived was even having conversational emails with the "owners", they slipped up on one of the replies leaving the AI reply -

Where do I start ! I have been caught out before from slick looking adverts featured / promoted on instagram so I made sure I googled this company to check they were legit and in the UK as a retailer. Well that’s what they said - how wrong was I. This is a cheap non UK based Chinese operation - my order took over 14 days to arrive and upon opening the package discovered the poorest example of a shirt compared to what was advertised on their website. The colours and type of fabric are worth pence. Total scam and Chinese imitation goods not fit for purpose ! Don’t be fooled the owner / founder says his name is Archie but I can promise you that an alias - they have registered a company in the uk to pretend there based here but in reality they are located in the city of Hangzhou!

Seems like a scam, ordered 3 pieces of clothing from these guys and nothing arrived.

The promise of 3/5 days delivery is not realistic, all clothing ordered isn’t trackable.

Do not order from them.

Shirt was poorly finished and not really like the images. Stitching coming apart and the product smelt like the packaging. Ordered on the 16th arrived on the 31st from China. How can they promise delivery in 3-5 days when half way across the world and shipping over a week after the order is placed? Ordered a large fit like a medium.
£27 down the drain.

Don't touch them, drop shipping low quality clothing from China, should have been more observant, wasn't!

Bought a Lagos shirt online. Looked great on the website, but in reality it was just a very poor quality Chinese product. Badly made and finished. Delivery took ages. Not worth a fraction of the cost. You will be disappointed. Avoid.

whilst the website looks great and gives the impression the products are locally produced there is absolutely no mention that in fact they are produced in China and shipped from there

I was unsure about sizing, so dropped saint aurell a message via their facebook page. Had a quick reply and ordered my item. Once it arrived it was perfect! Very happy with my order and will be purchasing from these guys again!
