Avoid this place at all costs! Ordered on 29th July and still not received it, get no response to any emails either! Awful customer service!!

Ordered on 28th July. No tracking and no response. Emailed multiple times, and not getting a response. Any response I have had has not been friendly or apologetic, customer service is shocking. I’ve been patient but I’ve had enough now. by the looks of it, they’re scamming loads of people for their money. Do not buy from here.

Ordered form them, start of August it’s now 3 weeks on and no delivery. I checked the website which states out of stock which is fine but where is my refund? Reached out to the team and have had no reply.

I ordered 2 t shirts from here and neither have come after ordering them almost 4 weeks ago. And after several emails I have had no reply from the company accept for a instagram Dm reply telling me to email them when I already had done which led me to email them another 2 times and still no reply and they have just took my money and I have had no option to refund after not receive ing my order by its expected date bearing in mind it is 5 days past the expected date as I am typing this.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I placed an order on the 26th April 2024 and never received it.

Had some junk emails come through so thought i'd check if they're still in business... whoever has enough time on their hands should report them to the police

Scam! Ordered clothes 3 weeks ago. Company have taken the money… but never sent any order confirmation and have not sent the order.

Have emailed them multiple times asking for the whereabouts of my order and have got no response.

I ordered my shirts on the 26th July. It’s now the 22th august and still no shirts. I have email them. Got a reply saying it’s been delay give it a week. It’s been over a week now and nothing. I have email them again. No response.

Ordered 2 T-shirts, never received any confirmation emails or texts, emailed the brand twice and no response and have been waiting well over two weeks now

Copped 3 t shirts. Got compliments and the material was decent.

Great fitted size perfect designer definitely would purchase again excellent communication as well no major delays

Very nice t shirt design, well printed. It has a good neck line and looks decent quality fabric. I would recommend if you’re in between sizes usually then maybe size up as the medium for me was slightly tighter than I’m used to, but still fits nicely .

Great quality material T-Shirts which fit perfect. Customer Service team very helpful and quick at responding.

Saints is a comfortable and well designed brand, loved my t shirt and will definitely be purchasing again.

I ordered tshirts they took ages to come. When they finally arrived they didn't suit as the sizes ran really small. Organised to return them via post and to this day have never received a refund. Terrible service.

I like the brand so much I bought two different tops at the same. The material is good,fits will, stitching is very good I must say and I can tell these T shirts are going to last me a long while

Was nice and easy to deal with good shipping time and quality of the t shirt was decent, would buy agak.
