Got chemical burns from Pain Relief rollerball

I purchased the Extra Strength Pain Relief roller ball and after using it just one time I got serious chemical burns from it all over the back of my neck. It is taking forever to heal. It is so painful, itchy, stinging, my skin is bright red with red bumps and lines throughout. It is now at the stage where the skin is all peeling off and I still can't touch the area because it hurts so much. I reported this to Saje themselves and received back so many questions on questions which I answered plus showed photos of the burns and the bottle. But this was not enough I had to come up with a receipt number for something I bought months ago as if photos of the bottle being full and the burns themselves were not proof enough. They offered to send me a gift card to their store but as if I would ever trust any of their products ever again !

Ordered Saje products online and never received the products almost 4 weeks after order was placed. Contacted customer services a few times and reps behaved like robots and explained their “process”. Refused refunds as they claimed the order is with FedEx. They asked me to contact FedEx directly. How about I tried to go to FedEx warehouse to find the package? What a ridiculous logic! After a few days of waiting, issues still don’t get resolved. Refund request is rejected! If there is no physical stores, I would consider this website is a scam! Good job Saje as you have lost a loyal customer! I will never recommend their products to anyone, especially their online stores! Completely disaster!

Awful

Awful. I ordered a gift for a friend and have been chasing and chasing it. My friend finally got on the case and spoke to the carrier - FedEx - who have confirmed that the order was never scheduled for collection. I note that Saje does not respond to poor reviews any more than it does to email enquiries. What an absolute shambles. I wish I’d seen the TP reviews before I placed the order. AVOID!

I ordered some items on Dec 1st and…

I ordered some items on Dec 1st and after waiting 10 business days (when their website says 4 to 7) they have still not done anything with it. This was for a Christmas present. They say their phone is out of order but it probably is off the hook because of too many complaints. It takes 2 days to get an answer to an email. I cancelled my order and never again!

I was a customer and used a lot of Saje Products but after a few years I realized they don't really work or perform as advertised. Also the "return if you don't like the products" is not as simple as one might believe. The stores are set up nice and generally the staff are friendly. Unfortunately I will no longer be a customer. There are better less expensive options available.

Defective diffuser

I bought the Aroma Light, it arrived on a Friday. I was super excited so I opened it followed the instructions on the set up and use. The like keeps shorting out going from dim to bring without me even touching it. I called customer service the same day, they told me to take it to the closes store. I took it to the store, showed the lady what’s happening via a video. They tested it seems to be working then I brought it home and it continued to malfunction.

Called back customer service they still can’t help. Store said once it’s used they can’t issue a refund nor an exchange because it’s there policy.

They then telling me I might have to change the location I put it. Told them it should matter what location I put it, it should work. I tried to leave a review directly on their site along with the video evidence and it keeps taking me to another screen.

I had ordered a different diffuser and oils but I will be returning them. It’s unfortunate I am left with a faulty diffuser

If I can give zero star, I would

Update: Today is Oct 3 and they still haven't replied emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I have been a loyal customer for years, but their products quality have been going downhill for awhile now. The effectiveness and smell are so different from the sample they showed you in the store. I bought the exact same products, and it's just not the same when I tried it in store.

Also, the customer service is none existent, I sent in request and it says they will reply in 24-48 hours, it's been 4 days now, no one replies my request! Shop elsewhere if you can.

Great Products and Service - Be A Good Consumer

I'm a bit shocked at the other reviews - people are saying negative things about the brand because they (as the user) made errors. How is it the companies fault you can't read, or you don't follow a policy. Saje has a very easy to follow and fair return/exchange policy. They have various stores and online support options.

I have several diffusers, a bunch of oils and facecare items, as well as household items. I don't always love a scent or an item, but I've never actually went in to return or exchange it - as I made the choice and my preference is not their fault - so I GIFT the item to a friend or offer it to someone else.

This just seems like another place every other "karen" comes to complain when they make mistakes and can't accept the fact that they had to hear no.

Bad customer service, value does not match price.

Overall product is fine but value does not match price. The diffuser oil is not great, used for 1 hour and throwing in the garbage. I could not tell the key differences between there various diffuser models on the website, I am looking for something battery operated as where I would want it to run does not have an outlet nearby. I ended up buying one of their diffusers with a power adapter and just tried it out once, and then asked if by chance they had a battery model, maybe I could exchange it, pay any difference in price or shipping, etc. We never even got to the point of discussing an exchange because apparently once the product is opened, they won't accept it back. No clue why the policy exists or how it makes any sense for a customer who still wants to provide business but that's their stance. I am now left with a product I will not use, bad diffuser oil and still on the market for something else.

Its alright

Product arrived quickly and in mostly good condition. One out of 4 bottles had a small leak from the cap but not much was lost thankfully. I feel like its just a bit over priced.

Horrible service

Horrible service. We made an order early December that was never received and we're now at the end of January with no action taken despite promises. We finally had to ask for a refund from our credit card company. I highly recommend not ordering products from this company.

I would give a ZERO rating

This was my first order with Saje Natual Wellness. Very disappointing. I won't be purchasing from them again. Was super excited to receive my order. But that went out the door quick once received. I didn't receive my full order as stated. The scents are meeehhh, nothing to write home about. Save your money folks. When I tried to contact them about my missing products, I received a generic email back saying they wouldn't be able to reply to my concern for at least two weeks. Well it's be over 5 weeks now and no reply???? I reached out again and still noooooo response, crickets..... chirp, chirp, chirp. Very disappointed.

Om Diffuser

Order the Om diffuser as a Christmas present. It worked twice and does not work anymore. I contacted Customer Service (via saje.com chat) and because the unit was used we can only receive a store credit. Customer Service was super easy to work with. The product appears to be inferior.

Absolutely horrible!

Absolutely horrible!! The worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life!! I spent $60 to order a Christmas gift for my Mom. I ordered it on Nov 29th. Long story short it never arrived. Phones FedEx and they told me saje had out too many labels on the package and it was returned to them. Have been calling for several days only to be on hold for so I had to hang up. I've now been on hold for 25 minutes and I hear someone picking up and just putting me on hold again. I've also messaged them twice. First I got a response saying they'd reply within 2 days (which they never did) so I messaged ago and included the new info I found out from FedEx (that the package was returned saje) in the message. This time they replied that my message is now at the bottom of the queue because I submitted another message/inquiry about my package and now I'd have to wait up to 10 DAYS!! I'm starting to wonder if they will ever get back to me or if I'm just out $60? This is the most frustrating customer service I've ever received and I will NEVER buy from them again. I'm truly wondering if buying from them online is just a scam. I thought it was a trustworthy company but I'm now I'm left wondering if I've been ripped off. And yes I did double check to make sure I ordered from the legitimate saje company and I did. Ordered from saje.ca. Still on hold but I suspect I'm never getting through. I'll quit venting now. Horrible horrible horrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Horrible Service, No Transparency

Saje changed their systems without letting customers know.
They could not find my rewards account in the store even though I provided the rewards number, phone number and email. I had to call in to find out where my account was.
I did get a response, however, the balance provided was not what I had when I last used my account.
I have sent several emails asking for transaction history on my account and no one has bothered responding. They have cheated me out of points. There is no transparency, if there was, they would provide a history to their customers, especially when a customer requests one.
Their lack of customer service is beyond horrible. They choose to ignore customers.
I tried leaving a review on the Saje website, however, as expected, they have not posted it. They only post the glowing reviews which does not show an accurate picture of how the company runs its business as not everyone has a positive experience.
I do not support a company like this. Just horrible.

The company makes Peppermint Halo for…

The company makes Peppermint Halo for $1.99 (heard the employees talking about it) and sells it at a $33.00. That is absolutely absurd. For a company that claims healing people is their main objective, that is criminal. I understand that you need to make a profit but given that they don't pay their people well, the money is simply going to the C-suite team. Plant Therapy is a much better brand with better ethics.

I received a diffuser as a gift and…

I received a diffuser as a gift and after a short time, it stopped working properly. The diffuser would run for days and there was no scent and the water went down very slowly.

I brought it into the Markville Mall (Markham) store where they looked at it and cleaned it and it worked again for a few weeks. Then the same issue happened.

I brought it back to the store a second time and they essentially did the exact same thing and it worked again for a few weeks before having the same issue again…and when I cleaned it myself, using their special cleaner, it did not fix the issue.

I brought it back into the store a THIRD time where I was asked to leave it for one week to be assessed. After 8 days I hadn’t heard anything so I went back to the store where I was told that they’d been busy and nobody had bothered to assess it yet. I was asked to leave it for another week.

I did not find this acceptable as this was the THIRD time I’d brought it back and they’d already had it for 8 days and done nothing with it. I asked for a simple replacement. I was told no. I called customer service where I was also told they were unwilling to provide a replacement.

BUYER BEWARE. If you purchase a diffuser on Amazon, they will replace it without question if it breaks. Don’t bother spending your hard earned money at Saje, where they clearly don’t value the customer experience.

Couldn’t be happier

I’m usually a skeptic when it comes to expensive “natural” wellness products, but their peppermint roller for headaches and their “extra strength” pain relieving roller have both worked wonders when I’ve needed them. I visited a retail location and the customer service was great and helped with all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!
