It was easy to make contact with Salam Mediation through whatsapp. I got a swift response from Mr Tawhid. From the first conversation Mr Tawhid carried himself in a very professional, polite and empathetic way. He listens and helps to frame the conversation in a positive light with the interest of all parties, particularly the children, in mind.
