I ordered a few items from this company In the material was not what it looked like in the picture. I sent the items back over a month ago and still have not gotten a refund and every time I reach out to the company they tell me it has not been delivered. Do not waste your time with this company. It’s a scam.

I order in December over 50 items for a new boutique I’m opening as of today 02/07/24 I only received 12 outfits and 6 of them i didn’t order I call and email them no response I wasted money for items I didn’t get they are a rip off scammer

My item was returned due to my moving after ordering and prior to delivery. Sale dress was very helpful and sent my dress back out to my current address. They kept me abreast of updates regarding the delivery.

Once delivered, I am very pleased with my dress quality and everything.

I love my jumpsuits. I ordered 3. Loved them so much that I reordered another 2🥳😍

I Ordered the wrong color I reach out to customer support and they got it fixed and shipped on time. I can’t wait to receive my items so I can review them all. I’ve had a great experience shopping with Sale Dress So far!

They were very patient & helpful with assisting me in tracking my package. And I absolutely love my dresses.

I received my order in about 2-3 weeks, which was fine, however, tracking information was slow to update but 1 star because what I received looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered.

My order was not received and I have been trying for a month to get a response from customer service.

The color was perfect but the top didn't fit. It was too small and the pants were too big. I just threw it in the back of my closet because I'm never gonna wear it.

I order back in January spent 156 dollars for 45 pieces
the bulk deal. I received 11 pieces that I didn't order and I never received nothing else this place is a scam

Well, I've yet to order but as I was window shopping and putting items in the cart I noticed several of the items were identical but had different prices. That's what made me suspicious and decided to check the reviews.

They never sent my gift card for my refund until I wrote them and reminded them and it was only 3.90 cent I pay more in shipping to send it back on top of that they could gave me my gift card back that they sent me to use and it’s false advertising for plus size because I order a 2xl and it was a size of a small

My items were shipped to my old address and returned to the sender. I contacted Saledress to see if they could resend my items to my new address and I received them within 2 days! Amazing customer service.

Took three weeks to receive one item and the material was awful and then half my order was canceled sizing completely off most items either didn’t fit or too big and no option for return

My first experience doing a bulk order was so bad I order a 9 piece tights set only got four and 3 ugly dress that I didn't order when I contacted them they tell me they gonna give me store coupons now tell me if you know you not gonna shipped the order you advertise then why take my money and don't want to refund I'm very disappointed..I would never order there boundle deal ever again 🙃
