I returned my order. Once the return was sent, the company stopped responding to me completely via email or phone. I never received my refund and had to open a dispute with my bank, which the bank told me they were ‘completely unhelpful’ in the process. Buyer beware, do NOT purchase.

I ordered 2 hats a week ago. Order still not processed. The “25/7” text line doesn’t answer. The phone number goes to voicemail but the mailbox is full. I emailed and got a canned response that they would get back to me soon but no response.

I’ve tried to reach customer service by phone, text and email. No response. I won’t buy from them again.

Great hats and gear but I can't get a hold of anyone on customer service. It was the phone number but it just goes to a full mailbox. No way to get in touch with them considering I have tried multiple times by email, Etc

I have been purchasing salt mafia apparel and gear for years. I have never had any problems with their quality or customer service. A few times I spoke with customer service and could not have been more satisfied with their feedback. I did not have a complaint but had a conversation regarding maintenance of the apparel. Recently attended a fishing expo and spoke with a friendly representative from Salt Mafia at their booth. Extremely impressed with the rep’s knowledge of all their products and was very professional. So happy I found this company as I am outside, usually on my boat, and in the sun throughout the year. The artwork on their shirts and pullovers are so unique and have that custom feel that separate them from others. Finally, the protection from sun is so important these days. Many of their products do a great job limiting the damage from too much sun light. Constantly checking their website for new products and colors and always take advantage of their promotional discounts I receive in my email. Frank D

When looking at this saltmafia website I was so impressed to see such a selection and variety of clothes and hats they have to offer.

I ordered 2 hats and 2 shirts, One each for my husband and his friend who are going on an upcoming fishing trip. I received them in 2 days just as they promised. All the items fit perfect. I am so happy with this company & website and looking into ordering more. I love the colors of the shirts and hats this company offers,,, I can not resist !

I bought a hat and a couple shirts for fishing from salt mafia after seeing them on instagram and I’m very happy I did. I wear the hat to work everyday and it still looks as good as the day I bought it since it is so easy to clean and super durable. The shirts fit great and are made with high quality material that keeps you cool out in sun. I will not wear any other hat again!

Hands down the best water gear ive used!!! Grew up in and on the water, sailing, fishing, surfing and the quality of product from clothing to head wear is unmatched!!! I have hats and UV protection shirts from when they first launched that have been through the ringer and still look and feel brand new!!!!!!

Wore hat once and the dirt wouldn’t come off. They have adds showing its stain resistant. Worked with support and they were very rude and would not refund or replace

Complete misrepresentation of their shirts!!
My husband ordered a women’s XL shirt for me. We looked at size chart and details of the cut, fit, etc. The XL in the size chart says 24” flat. When I got the shirt it was tight. It fits my size medium husband. I measured and it is 21” flat. That is what a medium is supposed to be. We reached out to Salt Mafia and our only option is to exchange or pay return shipping. This Company has the worst customer service. I thought being from Long Island, like myself, they would be better.
The Website has a phone number that says text or call. The call goes directly to voicemail, which then tells you their voicemail is not set up. And if you text them, they never respond.
I see great reviews for their hats, but their clothing line sucks! They should stick to hats or actually measure the shirts that they order from China and fix the sizing chart.

No quality control what so ever when it comes to their apparel. They shipped my a shirt that the screen print on the back was so off centered a blind man would catch it. Their phone number is fake and so is their email...they make it impossible to send anything back for credit..and they say "it's up to them if they even want to credit you." Still waiting on a label to ship the bad shirt back. That is fraud and against the law. I've filed a complaint with the FTC. They are evasive and should be held accountable.
