Steer clear of Salt Shop
I purchased a linen top from Salt Shop that proved much too short (the size guide did not indicate the length). I returned said shirt in new condition. Despite several purchases from Salt Shop I will no longer be purchasing anything from them and I have been telling many to avoid them. Their sale items are not returnable despite the high prices (even on sale) and this fact is hidden in the fine print on their site. I was told via email they would make an exception because of my many previous purchases. Yet, three+ months later my nearly CDN $170 has yet to be refunded and my emails have gone unanswered. Dreadful customer service and follow through. Even a credit would have been acceptable, but even that seems hopeless at this point. I was a former fan of Salt Shop, but no longer.
