So fare I have had great service and help from Saltwaterfish.com thank you so much for your help with all my orders and my fish that made it have been very healthy and they gave me a replacement for the ones that did not make the trip.

I ordered an Achilles tang, a brown powder tang, and a black velvet angel also a damsel fish. The fish are great they look amazing, the people were so nice and helpful, the fish are actually on the bigger side. I am very pleased will definitely buy from them again!!

One of the best online fish stores there is. Excellent customer service. I ordered 3 fish, sea urchin, zoa frag and a shrimp. Everything came in well packaged and everything is thriving in my tank. When I had an issue with something, they took care of it for me promptly.

I ordered a Dwarf Flame Angelfish, Blonde Naso Tang, Royal Gramma, and a Male Melanurus wrasse. Picked them up at the prearranged fed ex hold location the next morning. My new arrivals came very well packed in a styrofoam container with peanuts and a ice pack for the sweltering Texas heat. All fish arrived very healthy and beautiful. They just finished their first meal this evening and swimming all over the place exploring my 245 gallon aquarium. Only fish I haven’t seen since they were put in is my Royal Gramma, but I’m sure he/she will come out of hiding.

I gave 5 stars even though I lost all 5 off the green chromis I bought in my shipment. I lost 1 the first day, never did swim right after a 2 hour acclimation. Lost 2 more the next day and on the 3rd they were all dead. After this happened I got on the website to see what could be done. That is when I read the 14 day live guarantee. Unfortunately (my fault) I didn't do what need to be done. Is there any chance you would be willing to replace them as a good will gesture? Now that I see how easy the shipping is I will be buying more in the future.

I been buying marine fish online for several years from almost every online fish store on the web. I will never purchase from this site again (Saltwater fish .com) I placed a 321.00 order on a tang which dies a day after its arrival, oh they guarantee the dead fish alright, order a red breasted wrasse and Japanese angel, boy they must of found the smallest in the bunch ( one arrived Wrasse with. his back fin all chewed up! And not the size I paid for, same thing with angel smaller than what I purchased. The kicker was they owe me a mandarin since first one I got died about 2-3 inches big, well the one they sent was 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch long (what a joke!) Along paying for shipping after spending $350.00.

Have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Some unfortunate death in fish but it's to be expected (1 out of 10). I have full confidence in them and their products. Thank you. 😊

SWF.COM is the only place I'll order marine life from. Guaranteed to arrive healthy. Have only had a couple of support requests in 15 years of dealing with them and they promptly took care of them. One was Fedex's mistake.

I spent over $500 on fish which it was a totally a ripped off, Fish were too small, two of then died after two days! Never again.

Fourty years of fresh water and marine aquariums has taken me to many suppliers, some good and others were a rip off but dealing with the folks at Saltwaterfish.com has been exceptional. Great quality livestock, super customer service and after many orders I have only lost 1 fish and it was quickly replaced with an even better fish. I don't give five star ratings very often but these guys deserve it.

Outstanding website easy to use love all the feedback and customer care from the staff

We gave this company two tries and will no longer order from them again. In our first shipment we received a dead item that we purchased as a sale price. They wouldn't send a replacement, they refunded the money. We also want to mention compared to other companies their packaging was not impressive what so ever. Then next day we lost a fish. They gave us a credit. So we gave them another shot with ordering the SAME size fish and paid the same amount of money because this time we had to pay for shipping. At this point we could not order the item that came in dead since it was now "Out of stock" - of course! So we got our replacement fish - it is much smaller, pale, it hasn't wanted to eat, not very active and its NOT nearly as awesome as the fish we first ordered. So after spending more money than we wanted and getting a terrible replacement we will no longer oder from this company. We have since ordered from another company and received healthy items that were packaged much better. Never again Saltwaterfish.
