Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company. Our Salus control has broke 4 times in the last 7 months and everytime they call the lady on the phone is rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. We thought we had a problem with our boiler this time (4th time round) as all the Salus control lights were on as they should be. We have waited 6 days for a boiler man to come out and we have a baby under 1! The PROFESSIONAL told us the Salus System is faulty as there is no external power going from the machine to the boiler. We rang Salus to explain and my husband was being extra nice on the phone as he knows how vile and rude the lady is who is always answering the phone! (The lady has something against my husband because of course with this keep happening he was frustrated and raised his voice a tiny bit the last time they spoke and she took it so terribly and personally! Customer service expect angry customers if this keeps happening)
Anyway as soon as she knew it was my husband everything went quiet. He said hello a few times thinking he had been cut off but no the lady just didn't say anything and passed the phone to another guy (obviously not wanting to speak to my husband). The man on the phone started shouting down the phone at my husband straight away telling him his pressed buttons and to read the manual(which is a terrible manual that doesn't help). The tone of voice and shouting at my husband after them being told 4 times a professional came out and told us the machine wasn't working my husband rightly was angry and shouted back at the man.
This resulted in swearing across the phone at each other and the man calling my husband a "son of a b***h". My husband was so angry he had to put the phone down. A few minutes later the rude lady called us back to say they have the recording of the conversation and is now refusing to deal with us because of the way my husband spoke on the phone. No mention how the man was shouting and swearing down the phone to my husband though!! If you do have this recording I would absolutely love a copy of it! Me, my husband and our Landlord have all said the same, we have never known customer service like it you cannot call it customer service they are so disgusting they don't know what customer service means. She said they will only deal with my landlord now as he is lovely although the landlord is a lovely man even he ended up losing his temper in the past with the same rude lady who started shouting down the phone at him!!!! It's over a week now and still no heating!! Please please stay away from these vile people. I am sitting in our home with a young baby with nor heating and they know it. I will definitely be taking this further

In an era of intuitive smart technology my Salus controllers are as intuitive as a brick wall. Difficult and awkward to program and temperature control bares no resemblance to what I programmed.

Been trying to get through on the phone for 3 weeks now. After another failed call and being on hold for 30 minutes multiple times today, I tried to get through to sales who picked up in a heart beat (surprise) but were un able to help. The thermostat does not work with the heater ..useless product and company all round.

Means taking it off the wall and taking it back. Dont buy this if you want heating on the day you buy it.

Product doesn’t work. Have to wait an hour to get through to someone just for them to hang up in the middle of the conversation. They were rude. Aggressive. Hadn’t even complained just was on the phone to technical support.
