I have waited almost 7 days and I haven't even gotten a confirmation email yet. You have taken my money and haven't delivered. My order number is 66643.if have send many emails to you already and all they say is they are reviewing the situation. I have never had this problem before and it is becoming a pain to deal. Please deliver my product. If you won't then I want my refund please.

Its been over 20 years since my last experience. Went with 20x. Should have went lower, it was unpleasant. The previous experience I had was awesome though, ended up on a rocket ship. Always a good idea to start low.

Considering this is the only trustworthy place to get extract incense, they're doing pretty good!
Their customer support is abysmal and shipping takes many moons, but it made its way here!

The product came exactly as I ordered
The product came exactly as I ordered. Great quality and very effective. I would give it 5 stars for quality but I dock a star because the processing of my order took a long time and I was not able to get ahold of customer service to alleviate my concerns. Once it finished processing and shipped, it was here fast. It's a great product, but lack of keeping in touch with customers docks it a point. Overall good

For clarity, you can check the tracking number here as well https://www.aftership.com/track/usps/9400111108033820454350. The link clearly shows delivery being made on your address. I was concerned but not anymore
I was concerned at first after seeing other reviews about people not receiving their order, and being unable to contact the company. However I can vouch that they answered my call, and were able to answer all my questions. And others who have had delayed orders may have been for the same reason in that they were low on stock and unable to fulfill orders as quickly as they usually do. Granted I found it odd that I never received a confirmation email, however I did receive an email with the tracking information.

Hello Nick,
I am sorry to hear that you are not happy but, I did check in to your email history and I saw that your first ever email came in on June 7th, 2022 and today is June 8th, 2022 so I am not understanding how did you reach to your two days conclusion. Also, when you send an email, you would have gotten an auto-response saying that the customer service will respond within 24-48 hours. We are not here 24 hours, we got the email yesterday and someone would have responded to you today.
As for your order, it was already processed and any additional items in your cart would have been from anything you added after placing the order. I have placed your order on hold for now. Please reply to our email so we can get this sorted with you and help you ship the order to you.
