Same Day Courier Avis 63

A last minute booking having been let down by another courier.
I needed same day delivery to a remote location, Jason looked it up, sent it out and rang back, as promised within the hour. Unfortunately I couldn't confirm the extra haulage charge (for same day), in that time (compared to previous haulier charge for next day delivery), and we lost the slot but Jason rang it out again and came back with a 2nd driver willing to take the job.
No complaints from the recipient as he had his product the day I had initially promised it, we had no complaints as delivery went smoothly and Jason no complaints as he was paid. All good and would definitely use them again.

Never had any issues, collections from our address are always on time and the deliveries are always made by the time we are told.

No matter what time I ask, I get a quote, the quotes surprise me sometimes with how competitive they are, and they do consider the load, and make effort to udnerstand it. They also have helped me with handballing profiles in there vans themselves if I couldn't co-ordinate our site team to be at the collection address on time...overall, very helpful and superb team, highly recommended

Delivery request from rural East Anglia sent late afternoon, driver arrived in under an hour and the goods were delivered the same evening. Great service, communication and I think reasonable pricing.

I never write reviews, but in this instance I really HAVE to - because my experience was so remarkable. Let down by a different van company, at 10 pm I called Same Day courier in a total panic. They immediately found me a driver, and by 11 pm my package was picked up, and delivered with no hassles whatsoever. At every stage, they communicated brilliantly, and the price was very reasonable. I really can’t recommend them highly enough. Five star service: thanks guys!!! 🙏
