I ordered a pair of trainers in a size 6. Then needed to return that pair and ordered a size 5.5. Despite my tracked return being confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail, it seems it may have been delivered to the wrong location. Royal Mail were incredibly unhelpful only confirming via my tracking link number that I was not eligible for making a claim. Same Day Trainers helped me throughout this process, giving timely advice via a WhatsApp chat, following up with me and actioning my refund despite the parcel being un-located. Thank you. This level of service it is very appreciated

What a gem 💎 was initially a little sceptical of the delivery options but ordered a bag for my son to replace his broken school bag, messaged before paying (on WhatsApp with immediate response) to confirm if same day or next day was available, they confirmed it would be next day and it arrived as expected and a great price.

So Addidas Gazelle 85, came next day as advertised, trainers were fine (maybe not as light a blue as usual) and as described. But chaps! The box was in bits and i literally poured the trainers out the bag, such a small detail to get right yet ended up looking a bit moody.

This site is definitely worth checking out. Whilst the variety in stock isn’t as wide as your major retailers, there are some deals to be found here. Unfortunately, I had to return my order due to sizing issues but overall in terms of delivery, returns process and customer service all round I was impressed and will definitely be checking out Same Day Trainers any time I am looking to buy new trainers.

I made the same mistake, this is not the same company, these guys are extremely helpful and not the same phoney company you ordered from. Please contact them by phone to clarify.

I ordered pair of trainers 27th January. Received an email confirming order and saying I would hear from them when trainers were shipped. 13th February now and still no response to my email asking what's happening. Sameday trainers sort it iut

Purchased a pair of sunglasses. Initially sent the wrong pair but communicated really well on WhatsApp and shipped the correct pair the next day with a discount applied for inconvenience. Excellent customer service to fix the problem.
