Beautiful jewellery made for me, my sister and my daughter from my dads ashes.

A beautiful item with a lovely touch on the packaging and great communication all the way.

I had a beautiful ring made with my mums ashes in it. The process of ordering was really easy and there was no pressure to send the ashes quickly.
I also received two extra little resin stones and a certificate.

I couldn't be more happy with my ring. I was really struggling to separate my lovely Daisy-doo's ashes. She kindly let me have the ring without the ashes but she was very patient with me. Everything was dealt with very respectfully

Quick service from ordering to receiving items at a very reasonable price.

Sam made a beautiful tie pin for my son using hair from his precious cat.
She went out of her way to ensure we received exactly what we asked for. Communication was quick and she clearly cares for her customers and wants them to be happy.
Sam presented her work in a box with a lovely certificate and a freebie teardrop containing the hair too.
I couldn't be more happy and we cried happy tears at having such a beautiful piece of jewellery.

I don't live in the UK but was going to be back for a little less than 2wks.

Contacted Samfire Memorials, through the website, in advance.
I gave my dates, said I wanted to order a ring, asked about timing (and sizing).
I said I wasn't confident choosing a colour based on the website colour charts.

Extremely prompt response, answering all my queries.

- Colour:
As there was time before my UK arrival, Samfire Memorials actually made a stone in each of the 3 colours I was considering and sent me photos!
I was therefore totally confident which one to order.

- Sizing:
Samfire sent a sizing measure which was waiting for me when I arrived in the UK.
I emailed the size after measuring to ensure they had the style/size ready for when the ashes arrived.

I received a separate email checking if I wanted 'glitter opal flakes'.
(I didn't).

- Timing:
Was sent to me well within my dates

The actual ring is lovely!

And I received two 'extra' stones which was totally unexpected! I'm now wondering how to use them (next time I'm back in the UK).
