Excellent lesson content and overall great experience!

As a teacher working at home, I needed the Alpha kit to further my professional development and prepare lessons for when we return to school. I ordered the kit on Saturday evening and received it on Tuesday morning. I also requested a replacement for a block from school that had been damaged and had an immediate response with a new block in the post.

I really enjoy the class which is very interactive and intuitive. A great practical way to break into STEAM while having really good fun.

The gear is really good when working away from people - the software is very intuitive to use and the pupils like it - getting it set up has been an issue - we were using chrome books and there has been a big issue trying to get it working with new Google Play Store settings.
The other main issue is that by working over bluetooth (usually great) means that blocks are often picked up by neighboring groups which has caused confusion by controlling other groups blocks! Setting them up slowly is key to getting them paired correctly!
A good product but needs a bit of careful planning to get right.

Although this is brand new, it has been an enjoyable experience for grades 4 and 5.

Would love to see more sensors to make Sam more compatible as Arduino meanwhile SAM could do better by listing the Bluetooth connection model serial number. Teachers were complaining about pairing issues in one classroom.

Wonderful products and good for training Computational thinking.

Sales and technical support is wonderful. The actual product is great as well. Unfortunately, with more student use, we have found that the sensors tend to come apart from the casing easily, or the usb port falls into the casing, so we have to remove the casing to fix it. In addition, access to the app through Chromebooks has been spotty. We had a very bumpy start while trying to introduce the program and product. Once there, teachers and students love it.

I enjoyed the class! I have been using the SAM Labs blocks for about three years, but have not really had the opportunity to sit down and work with them and the updated app. I was excited to have this and the rest of the courses offered at this time. Looking forward to the rest of the course.

I love SAM Labs. I was really worried about it in the beginning but you guys provided so much feedback and help with all my questions. The more I use it the more comfortable I feel with using the blocks.

SAM Labs blocks are unique and strangely different from other STEAM products all over the world.
SAM Space app can interact with both physically and virtually.
And it is great and wealthy learning resources such as microbit and workbench for learn to code.
My students and daughter review is that SAM Labs is great to work with. It is very interactive for kids.

The servo motor was a welcome interesting new addition to my collection of over 20 SAM blocks, which have been enjoyed by my grandchildren aged 9 and 7. They will undoubtedly love playing with the SAM blocks again when the coronavirus lockdown measures are lifted.

I really enjoyed working with my students using both SAM Blockly and SAMspace software. The students really enjoyed the experience as well learning how to code and provide solutions to challenges using the SAM Lab kits.
