Excellent family run business.
Samsian is a family owned business and it is very apparent that their customers matter to them. Their workmanship is excellent, their customer care is excellent and I do not have a negative comment to make about Danny, Jo or Sam. I feel very confident in the knowledge that they are looking after my boiler and heating, especially since being widowed last year. They go above and beyond.

Excellent service
We have used Samsian for a number of years since they installed a new boiler. We have always been very happy with the service Dan and Sam have provided, including helping us when problems have arisen from time to time. Most recently they quickly identified that we had dangerously low gas pressure to our meter and provided the information we needed to engage SGN to act quickly to resolve the problem. We were very thankful to have our gas supply restored in a timely fashion.

Great Work
Dan, Sam and Alex did a great job fitting a new boiler for us and associated work in connecting a new cylinder/main etc. Very professional, punctual, tidy and a pleasure to have around. The work completed is of a high standard and it's so lovely to have heating again! We will definitely use Samsian again. Thanks guys.

A great company, we have been having our boiler serviced and gas inspection carried out by Samsian for several years. The whole team are very experienced and do a great job. Outstanding service.
From booking the appointment for our annual combi boiler service, to the engineer carrying out the work, the Samsian team are ultra efficient. The engineer arrived promptly, checked if he needed to take his boots off, and was polite throughout. He explained one minor problem he had found, how he had fixed it and for us to keep an eye. Thanks again Samsian for a very positive experience.
