Super service, technician arrived on time, explained what would happen and after less than 45 minutes my phone was good as new. Really friendly chap, id certainly use this service again.

Excellent service. Easy to arrange. You book and pay for the repair online for a date that is convenient for you. Likewise send you a text and email the night before your repair to let you know your 1 hour time slot. The engineer rings you when they are on their way to you.

Very impressed. My Samsung S21 has a brand new battery and a new lease of life. Thank you.

Excellent repair service and very efficient. The engineer arrived in good time for the appointment and the repair took less than a hour which included a full diagnostics check.

My Samsung fold 7 inner screen cuts out when the phone is opened passed 90 degrees. Speak to Samsung assistant who was not helpful at all. Finally got an answer that my phone will be collected the next day between 8am and 6pm by DPD. Surprise !!! phone wasn't collected, unhappy wife staying in all day for no reason. Spoke to another really unhelpful squeaky voiced assistant who told me i should contact DPD and find out why and when it will be collected, tried to explain I'm the customer and its your job to sort it not mine. Get an email from the repair centre saying I cant have an update on my repair as it hasn't been picked up yet, NO $hit. Back on phone to another squeaky assistant who now informs me that it will be collected tomorrow, so 3 days later than expected. Not the kind of service you expect form a massive global company. Please get UK people to operate the UK call centre.

Absolute disgusting service, sent my phone for repair, after they lost it for 2 weeks, finally found it, then saying its out of warranty when clearly not after sending proof, then said they would need £30 to inspect the phone, and won't repair it. Do yourselves a favour don't buy a Samsung item the customer service is appalling

Scammers. "ENGINEER" Decided to show up much earlier than time slot given, so He naturally made it seemed like it was my fault. Idiot. The he refused to to the repair due to requiring me to get my screen fixed along with it. More money for him I guess. Never was made aware of this "policy" when I signed up for the repaiir but surprise surprise when it actually came down to it.
Avoid them and go elsewhere.

The engineer communicated well when he was running a few mins late. My battery fixed as well as the backglass.Thank you likewise

Absolutely shocking service from these guys. It’s been more than 15 days , refrigerator has not been fixed and they still don’t have a clue

Mijn smwatch ter reparatie opgestuurd. Niet gerepareerd en retour. Bij retour stond bezorger op de parkeerplaats te eten en ging er vandoor zonder langs de komen. Nu moet ik achter mijn horloge aan om het weer terug te krijgen. Samsung vindt dat een passende oplossing

Koop nooit meer Samsung. Het merk is niet meer zoals vroeger. Ze zijn erg duur, maar de kwaliteit is slecht. Bovendien doet de klantenservice helemaal niets om klanten tevreden te stellen. Koop liever LG: die zijn zowel kwalitatief goed als betaalbaarder.

During the repair process they added additional charges.
Kept me without a phone for over 3 weeks even though we paid in full.
Im am still waiting for a call back from the escalation team.
No communication.
Eventually an email response that was very unacceptable
