Sanderson Drake Limited Avis 

Currently have on going complaints against company’s whilst using them, and all I can say is I wouldn’t! Communication is one existent they dont reply to emails. And the fees are extortionate wish I never started with them now!

Fantastic company that goes above and beyond!
I started my claim with them back in 2022 and very quickly got quite a few refunds, was happy with the service then. I was then pleasantly surprised to receive another email from them today, over 2 years later, to say they've added extra lenders and they're going to look at my claim again to see if there's even more money I'm entitled to! So surprised they've kept my details and are still working to help me. Yes their fees are high but I wouldn't have got a penny back without them, their service is 10/10. Absolutely brilliant

I had an issue with Advantage finance.

They really took Advantage of someone who should not have been allowed to take finance of such high amount out.

I found Sanderson Drake and from the beginning, they were so helpful.
They kept me updated and really fought my corner.

I ended up with 1500 as compensation.

The fees amounted to just over 500, but it was worth every penny as I even was able to terminate my agreement with Advantage finance, saving me 440 pounds a month!

Efficient service, didn't really need to do much, speedy payment. They did all the work in my behalf.

This company dealt with my amigo claim starting from 2022 until 2024.this company that checks your credit file isn't very good because they would of seen I went bankrupt 2019. Which I also mentioned to them. Many times but I was told it be OK. Should effect me so for two years this went on 2024 I got my settlement figure to be told I wasbt entitled to it it would go to my official receiver. So all that time wasted and this company should of knew that

All in all good service after months of emails and messages to the company that over charged me in the first place. Fantastic and quick messages and correspondence!
Just wish the fees weren't as high. Also wish that customers could claim for compensation for the issues caused by the companies in question but later found out that compensations cant be claimed.

I tried to get a free assessment from their them. been waiting for 6 months. First I was told to provide credit report from any provider, then UK Credit Rating only. When I sent that too, then they said UK Credit Rating need to see them report directly. I don't understand why was I told to send it earlier then, and why is there an option on their website to uploa the report. The website is not good at all either. Poor customer service. Should go for other solicitors out there.

Didn’t have the best experience!
First they lost 10 years worth of bank statements which were sent recorded delivery! Had to get another 10 years and send again at my expense!
They kept sending emails and messages to fill out forms within 3 days, that they never sent in the first place!
Also links on emails never worked!

Really pleased with the service from Sanderson Drake. So professional. Successful in a number of claims already - even when denied they took the claim to the Ombudsman, and even questioned and managed to get the ombudsman decision overturned. Really felt like they went the extra mile.
Yes they charge but I wouldn’t have got any of the money back without them. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Where do I even start :) I must say you need to have a little patience but you will always be kept updated at every point I received a bad deal from moneybarn and was able to receive a quite large sum after claiming against them it took around 10 to 11 months but it was definitely worth it would recommend this company anytime.

Kacapoo company got told by nfsgroup I was entiltled to 1190 pound I have today received 292 pound rang this company and they wasn’t even aware and they want 34% of it don’t even entertain this company as I won’t ever again
