I gave premature feedback praising thus organisation.
That was in 2023. SD have lost every complaint made on my behalf since winning about £300 from a loan company for which they got about £70. They seem to use a scatter gun approach and eventually submit half baked claims to the FCA ombudsman to carry out their work for them. The final insult was about 3 weeks ago accusing me of not cooperating and stating they would charge me fees
What a bunch of chancers?
I have contacted the Ombudsman who are now investigating their procedures and modus operandi.

Always informed me with updates on the process even whilst they aren’t hearing any responses from other firms they still kept me updated. Everything was worded in an understandable tone.

Got a larger amount than expected and wasn’t too prolonged

Pretty shocking company, got me a £50 refund from a payday loan and because I didn't pay them the £19.44 straight away as I hadn't actually recieved the money they tried tagging £120 fees on and threatening me with court action. I would avoid this company and go with one of the many others.
