Having to ask for updates ,emails received asking what they mean there reply don't know anything about them just forget um , invoice sent wanting there money long before I'd got mine 33.6%fee STAY AWAY .

They made a financial redress claim very simple for me, communication was always clear & quick responses - yes there is a fee to take from your award; but i think they deserve the fee
