If I could give a zero I would. Please pay attention to these reviews. I wish I had seen them. Please do not use them. I wish I could contact something like Better Business given the experience we've had. I feel like I have been scammed. I used Sani Canada and have never been so disappointed in a company. Their lack of responsiveness, and follow up was very poor. I had to chase them constantly. They were not honest in their communication around timelines (I was supposed to receive my mirrors 4-6 weeks ago and I am still waiting). I ordered them back in December and still waiting! Consider carefully before purchasing with them. Horrible experience

I ordered one of Sani Canada products…

I ordered one of Sani Canada products through Wayfair. The product never came so Wayfair refunded my money...Thank You Wayfair. The next thing I know is get an email from Sani Canada telling me that they shipped the product and when I receive it I am to return it to them or they will turn me over to a collection agency. I wrote back and told them that I will not return it if I receive it at my cost. Why should I spend my money returning something that you could not deliver in time? They responded with "do you expect to keep it for free" No...I expected you to deliver what I paid for which you have not, so the order was cancelled. They stated that they would send me a return shipping label with postage paid which I have not received yet. The product was ordered Dec26th, Wayfair asked that I wait until January 16th which I did. Wayfair sent me a note telling me to contact customer service which I did and Wayfair promptly refunded my money.
For a vendor to threaten a customer with a collection agency when it is 100% their fault is outrageous. I highly suggest that no one should do business with this company.

Scam Company - Run away Fast

I ordered a double-sided LED mirror from Sanicanada on February 1, 2025 for my bathroom remodel. Like the other customers who gave Sanicanada a one-star review, my experience has been a lot of false promises via email over the last four months. "It's being shipped from China, it's in our warehouse waiting to be shipped, it will be there in the next few days." They sent "screenshots" of the ship's position. It has now been four months and it's May 28 and I never received the mirror. My remodel was completed a month ago and now has a big hole in the ceiling where the mirror is supposed to go. I have to assume this company is a scam. Very disappointing. Don't do what I did which was to email Sanicanada and ask them if their poor reviews were legit. They said not to believe the poor reviews and that their competitors put these poor reviews up about them. They even gave me supposed client references but no one returned my call. Do not go with this company unless you want months of headaches, BS (but at the time seemingly convincing) emails and run around and no product delivered!

Do Not Do Business with these scammers

Our interior designer ordered a copper shower system and sink faucets in April 2024 for our bathroom renovation and was provided an expected delivery date of May 2-17.

As of July 1, we have only received the sink drain and the shower diverted. We have received countless assurances we will get a tracking number “tomorrow” via their chat function. The customer service number representatives are always “currently busy” and the caller is directed instead to the chat. Our bathroom renovation is at a standstill. Call the Customer Service to hear their pre-recorded message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Here is the timeline of our communications. All via text because there is no customer service via phone.

April 29
Order placed with delivery date of May 2-17, 2024

June 21
Received (2) pop-up drains and (2) shower rough in valves. Assured "this will buy time for plumber before the rest of the product to be delivered the following week, 'on schedule'

June 27
Informed product was shipped, waiting on shipping agent to provide tracking number

June 30
Informed "tomorrow factory sent us tracking number"

July 1
No response to inquiries

July 2
Informed July 1 was Canada Day so product was being shipped today
Posted 1-star review on Google
Informed that product would not be shipped until Google review was deleted
Was offered free toilet paper holder and hand towel bar, along with the tracking number, after the Google review removed
Threatened with legal action due to Google review
Received a UPS tracking number

July 3
Received a complete order confirmation via email, but with a DHL tracking number

July 6
Received (2) items via UPS from Sanicanada that we did not order. Informed these are "gifts"
The completete order, shipped via DHL, is delivered to an address in Houston, TX. Not Atlanta.
Informed that a factory worker provided the wrong tracking number. Product being delivered "this week"
Informed product will be shipped Monday or Tuesday. Tracking number to be provided "tomorrow night"

July 7
Informed the factory cannot provide a tracking number until "midnight"

July 8
Informed the factory manager in China will provide a tracking number “tomorrow.”

July 9
Informed again that a tracking number will be provided “tomorrow after midnight” and sent a picture of the specific package being shipped. It is the same photo sent on July 2.

July 10
No tracking number provided, no photos, no response to inquiries.

After 13 false assurances that the product "has shipped" or a tracking number will be provided "tomorrow," for product originally to be delivered May 2-17, we have purchased shower kits and faucets from another company on Amazon. We have requested a refund from our interior designer who placed the order on our behalf.

BUYER BEWARE.

An update. I received a bogus Cease & Desist email threatening legal action to myself, family and friends if I do not remove the 1-star review on Google. Read the email closely to see other parties' names included in error and the lack of identify of the supposed law firm. Again, do not do business with this group.

Horrible experience company…

Please do not deal with this company placed an order for 5 bathroom vanity's in November did not get them till June specifically ordered marble countertops got fake stones instead company refused to change,ordered 4 mirrors also received 6 months later all damaged with green light impossible to see images also refused to change at the end tired of asking to change them just threw them in the garbage, no one picks up the phones ,vanity counters tops have no holes to install faucets,all nice on the phone until you place your orders then no communication at all ordered custom mirrors still no mirrors and no response to e mails please do not deal with this company
