Disgraceful

After informing the company of the appalling cheap trash I received for my £150 with missing items they refunded only half the money stating that items were not missing as the weight matched , I sent multiple photos of what can only be described as temu type metal LEGO pieces which clearly showed pieces missing , they then agreed to accept my return wanting me to send the goods back not to a UK address but to here

As our fulfilment warehouse is located in Asia, typical tracked return costs range between £20–£40 depending on carrier.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

We do not agree with your description of our company, but we do understand that you are disappointed and we have been trying to resolve this with you.

As previously explained, we reviewed the information provided, including the photos and the shipment details. We also checked the parcel weight with the logistics provider, which matched the expected weight of the items sent. Based on the information available, the order has not been confirmed as faulty or incorrect.

We do not offer free returns for items that are not faulty or incorrect. Our returns policy explains that returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team, and that the address shown on our website is not a returns address. If items are returned to the wrong address, we will not receive them and would be unable to process the refund.

To try to resolve this without requiring you to return the items, we have offered a partial refund which allows you to keep the products. However, if you would prefer a full refund, we are still happy to process this once the products have been returned and received at the correct returns address.

We are sorry again that you are unhappy, but we remain willing to resolve this fairly in line with our returns policy.

Avoid using this site

bought a £65 light fitting, took two weeks to arrive - its from china despite making out like it was in the UK. the box looked like it had been stamped on and was far too small. Opened up and realised the light fitting had been dismantled into about 30 pieces that need assembled, including inserting wiring through tubes and wiring up bulbs. a few crush bits. have emailed for a refund and currently waiting on a response as they said they couldnt see the very obvious damage on the last photo. Don't waste your time buying from here.

We fully understand your frustration regarding the delivery time, packaging condition, and the amount of assembly required for the light fitting. The item was listed as requiring assembly, however we appreciate that in this case the level of assembly may have been more than anticipated.

After reviewing your concerns, we have issued a full refund for the item as a gesture of goodwill. We have also now removed this particular light fitting from our store while we review the product, packaging, and customer expectations around assembly.
