Kristy was very friendly and helpful…

Kristy was very friendly and helpful and explained why the Tread Softly Pinot Grigio bottles were missing from my order as the bottles had shattered during the delivery.
She then advised that the wine was out of stock so she offered to replace it with my other favourite wine, the Tread Softly Rose. I was very happy with her attention to detail and her friendliness.

Happy repeat customer

Have ordered around 5 times now and have found the products to be great and the customer service to be really responsive. I provided some friendly feedback on a topic and they really listened.

Ignored my enquiry, but called about a sale

I had no issues with ordering from Sans Drinks or receiving my order. The ordering process was straightforward and delivery was prompt.

My concern is with customer service and communication. I emailed an enquiry regarding rewards points that I appeared to be entitled to but was unable to access due to the way the website is set up. I never received a response to that email.

However, after I left some items in my online cart without checking out, I received a phone call (and voicemail) from Sans Drinks letting me know those items had gone on sale and inviting me to call back to receive the discount. While I appreciate the effort to help customers save money, I found it frustrating that a sales-related call was prioritised over responding to a genuine customer service enquiry.

I also don't recall consenting to promotional phone calls, although it's possible I may have inadvertently opted in during the checkout process. Either way, I would have preferred an email response to my enquiry rather than a marketing call about items left in my cart.

Overall, the ordering and delivery experience was good, but the lack of response to customer enquiries and the communication priorities left me disappointed.

Scummy company, underhand practices, Abysmal customer support

Bought the box "featuring the popular Guinness 0.0 Stout, along with new dark stouts" - not a single stout received in the box. Complained and was called a liar, with SansDrinks updating the page to exclude Guinness after I pointed out it was still on sale. Scummy company, underhand practices and abysmal customer support.

Awesome collection.

so many choices and everything so far has been great, I had the negroni spritz a while ago and loved it! The beer someone had me try that I can't remember the name of was really nice too, the only thing I didn't like was I think it was the wolf blass but that comes down to personal taste because the other people trying it loved it. delivery and pricing was also fair and a smooth process.
