I placed an order on the 13 May after 3 weeks of waiting I send them like 4 emails to cancel the order..after couple of days finally they respond telling me that I can cancel because the order is been processed! My order arrived on the 20 of June(after more than 5 weeks) and now if I want to return I need to pay the postage! Someone should close this business!

don’t bother. company make it impossible to return their poorly made clothes. been battling for weeks now with no resolution.

The clothes are terrible quality and not the same as the pictures in any way. Probably worth 10 pounds each. Most were unlined and see through. Dont buy from their. I wont even try for a refund as sounds like customer service is awful and ask for 15percent off the refund for processing. Scam website for sure

No returns provided. I reached out to the team to get a return Label, they don’t provide the label and also charge a 15% of the purchase for restocking fee? Never had to deal with that. Loose threads and bad quality Material. Waist of money and time.
I end up agreeing on getting a 10% back and never receive it.

This company steals other people’s designs and photos to use for their website. The product you receive is shein quality and completely different from what’s advertised. You will also be denied a refund as well.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
I purchased a dress for my sisters wedding, as soon as it arrived it tried it on and automatically requested a return as the dress was not what I was looking for. Upon request on email they asked for video and photo evidence of the dress before being able to return the dress. I sent this all across to them to then be told they do not accept returns unless damaged and can only offer 10% of my money back and 10% off my next order. After the hassle this site has put me through, I will 100% not be wanting to ever purchase again so 10% off next item is not going to cut it. The dress itself doesn’t even look worthy of the £50 I spent to even resell on. This company should be shut down and be investigated into.

£50 I’m down and that is just on one item from here so if that’s what they can take from me I dread to see how much more money they’ve swindled from people.

This company is absolutely disgusting and should be avoided at all costs.I ordered a number of dresses for an event which arrived late and requested a refund straight away.

Since then I have only been getting what seem like automated responses and am not being provided a return address to send the items back to but I have been offered to keep the dresses and receive a 30% refund. The dresses are awful quality and I do not wish to keep them.

Please please avoid this company and do not buy from them, they should be shut down.

I have tried to return an awful product that didn’t even arrive with labels on.

To return they charge you 15% handling fee on top of shipping.

Overall these are scammers, avoid at all costs

They are fraudulent, refusing genuine refunds and changing what they say is their refund policy via email which contradicts what’s on their website. I have been trying to get the returns address from them for over a month now!
Items are out of stock and never sent (they emailed this to tell me) and yet they still don’t give me my money back…

I ordered 2 dresses 2 weeks later than delivery date, too late for the event I ordered them for. They communicated with me whilst I was complaining about the time taken, then as soon as I requested a refund - which HAS to be done via email- they ignored me. I chased 3 times. Awful quality, awful service- SCAMMERS!

I want to give 0 star - ordered a DRESS, but as I checked out I clicked on a button which ordered another random dress by mistake! So, I received 2 item. Terrible quality !!!! SHEIN are actually better, to be fair! Been trying to arrange a return for BOTH items. They require pic with tags still attached …. Well mine DIDN’T have a tag to begin with!!! Sent pics and video of UNWORN items and I’ve been ignored since. Utter joke of a company. They need to be reported as A SCAM

Potentially one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from, not only are the dress awful quality and come with string hanging out, they also look nothing like the pictures online! when you email to ask for a return you will be told they don't do full refunds and can only offer you 10% back, you also have to pay 15% handling fee to return anything! The quality of dresses are worse then Shein and to think some of these dresses normal price is over £100 is beyond crazy.

I purchased a dress which when arrived was too large. I contacted the company who requested a video and images , to which I sent. The company then stated I would not receive a refund even though the return would have been within 14 days. The item was not as described.
After going back and forth, I was told I would receive a 20% refund. Although I was not happy with this, I told them I was being left with no choice but to except.
I am still awaiting a refund and my emails are being ignored. AVOID THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

I’d give 0 stars if I could this company is a total scam and needs to be taken down. They send super poor quality products after stealing other people’s designs and charge 27.50 POUNDS STERLING for a return label and charge a 15% restock fee for Shein quality products. They don’t advertise that on the site either and will intentionally ignore your emails. Never buy from them.

Clothing turned up after a month. Poor quality. Tried to return, they asked for pictures and videos of the dresses to assess the condition of the clothing, then offered me a 10% return. No mention of a return address or how to process it.

The prices are extortionate, and i found the same dress on a cheaper website. It took over a month to arrive and i genuinely thought it wouldn’t come at all. I don’t recommend

A scam of a company. I received my items weeks late, and when I decided I didn't want them because of the absolutely terrible quality, they would not provide me with a return address, but just a 5% refund.

They now no longer respond to my emails, and I have reported them to the UK National Standard Trading Authority.

Is this a legitimate retailer?
I ordered a dress over a month ago, and when I chased over email I was told it had shipped and to keep an eye on the online order tracker
Still NO movement on it three weeks later
And when I have tried to contact them they are now ignoring my emails completely. Terrible service
Do not order from them!

Ordered two dresses that didn't arrive in time, I've been trying to organise a return via email and they are refusing to do so, and are trying to make me accept a 20% return to go away.. Now ignoring my emails. Absolutely awful company!
