I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order (Order ID: PK-9912252, Case #09995135).
I received a shirt labeled as Medium, but the sizing is completely incorrect — the chest measures over 25+ and the shoulders are dropping, which is nowhere near a proper medium fit. This is unacceptable and very frustrating.
I have already raised this issue but haven’t received a satisfactory resolution yet. I kindly request the team to process my refund ASAP.
Hoping for a quick and fair resolution.

I am writing this to warn fellow shoppers about my experience with Order #PK-8947359 (placed Dec 4, 2025).
Despite paying the full amount of Rs. 20,302 via Cash on Delivery, two items were missing from my shipment:
Pret Culottes (Pants) (SKU: 2PESGS25V38T-SML-999)
Embroidered Lawn Shirt (SKU: 2PESGS25V38T-SML-999)
I reached out via a formal legal notice on December 15, 2025, documenting the deficiency in service and breach of contract. Months have passed, and the brand has failed to either dispatch the missing items or issue a refund.
It is deeply disappointing to see a major brand ignore a paid customer’s legitimate grievance. If you value your money and expect to actually receive what you pay for, I suggest shopping elsewhere. I am now forced to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court for a resolution.
Avoid this brand if you want a reliable shopping experience.

Their are some issues like sometimes you didn't receive your order and that is the problem of delivery company not on sapphire.
Other thing that they can improve is to open their wishlist option and increase the quantity of their articles in sales.

I ordered an unstitched suit from Sapphireonline with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The unstitched suit I received was completely different from what was shown on the website. The color and print did not match the pictures at all.
The fabric quality was very poor and felt cheap. It was not worth the price I paid. Even though it was unstitched, I expected good fabric and the same design as advertised, but the material looked low quality and below standard.
I trusted the brand name, but this experience has really disappointed me.

Over the phone they are just saying learned lines not listening what been said.I ordered dresess from them and one of dress was missing a dupatta i was advised to travel to another city if i want to exchange the faulty one. I mean so pathetic or they offer 20% discount coupon on but have to spend 10 thousand in store i seriously they are rip off. I will never buy any suit from Sapphire again. My experience was very bad because the suits I ordered were full of slits and in addition to that, they were cut into small pieces that could not even be made into a suit. When I told them that I wanted to change them, they ignored me and did not reply to my email. I will not recommend anyone to shop here at all.
4 Months Delay, No Reverse Pickup, Only False Promises
This is an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Sapphire. My reverse pickup was officially added and confirmed, yet it has never been carried out. It has been four months now. The order was placed in September, and till today there is no resolution.
I have contacted them countless times through calls, messages, and emails. Every single time, I receive the same copied response: “Your case has been escalated” — but nothing ever happens. No pickup, no refund, no clear timeline.
This is not a delay anymore; it is pure negligence and harassment. Keeping a customer waiting for months without action is completely unethical. Sapphire’s customer support only knows how to make excuses and give false hope.
A brand of this size should be ashamed of such irresponsible behavior. I will never shop from Sapphire again and strongly warn others to stay away unless they want to waste their money, time, and mental peace.

I ordered 2 unstitched articles on sale item, and I was told these can be returned in exchange for a voucher and now it has almost been a month and I still haven't received a call or a voucher. I called them many times and they told me that my package is getting upgraded and still no sign of the voucher and I have already returned the items.

It’s been 15 days of persistent follow-ups, multiple calls to helpline and emails, yet Sapphire only apologizes and continues to ignore the customer emails. They just stop there. Other online stores return funds within a week, but Sapphire NEVER responds to any communication or expedites the process. NEVER buy online from Sapphire again! Every single day they send DMs to push sales, but I’ll be blocking those from now on. Such punishment is hallmark of Sapphire. I will post on social media what Sapphire is doing. So people will NEVER buy online again from Sapphire.
Avoid at all cost
i spent over £300, but parcel was not delivered. I rang customer services they advised parcel was delivered, i then rang the delivery company - they said they lost the parcel. sapphire then accepted their mistake and said they would process the refund claim. But 3 months later and lie after lie, no refund was received. I went through my bank to claim my money back successfully.
***my advice is as soon as you notice your parcel was not received or a problem with your order - contact your bank and claim your money back. Sapphire will not help at all. Your bank will only have a short time frame to help.
