SaraMobi Avis 11

I ordred an i phone from the company paid for the item when i got it it would'nt work they told me to return it and they would check it.I did just that and untill this day they would not account for their treatment.I've called many times,i've email them equally and not a word of recognician. Is this the way they make their prifits by pouncing on innocent persons?
What ever happen to Honesty and accountability? who can we contact to get justice or is this the way these so-called first world countries operate knowing we have no recourse.
I paid for the phone, then had to pay to get it returned and the results, i am left with a bill of US 300 dollars.

What I can tell about the transaction that it was suppose to happen is just that they got the money and I didn't got what I pay for!!!

I just bought a phone and a tablet and pay £272.42
They got back to me saying that the phone was not available and I tried to get a different one.
They never reply to my last emails... SCAM!!!

I ordered a GooApple phone 22/10/11... after a month it had'nt arrived so i contacted Saramobi, they told me the gooapple was too buggy to send and i should choose another phone... I did and that was never sent, I have e-maild the support team (!) & the only reply was to tell me that they wont refund after 45 days.... seems that the "allow 28 days delivery" is long enough (with a bit of stalling) to take you outside of this & paypal's refund policy... not a great way to treat your customers, I was planning on re-selling in the UK but not from these guys, not now...

Saramobi Legit or Scam?
I have seen this question asked quite a bit around the net.
Well I can tell you Saramobi are a rip off. You may get the phone you order, but at some time, something will go wrong with it & then it all gets ugly.
I have bought 3 phones from Saramobi, the first took about 3 months to arrive, but in the mean time I had bought a couple more for friends.
First phone had problems from the start, & was sent back.
The next 2 arrived these phones functioned quite nicely but within 4months one of them was playing up. I emailed Saramobi about 10 times asking when would I get the first phone back as I had another I wanted to send back for repair.
Saramobi has not answered any of my emails & I don't expect I will hear from them again.
So you may well get a phone if you order one, it will be a clone which will more than likely pack up, relatively quickly, so kiss your money goodbye, as there is no back service.
So are Saramobi a scam? You be the judge on that Are Saramobi a ripoff? YES THEY ARE
If you are thinking of buying from Saramobi, don't get sucked in with the nice website, my recommendation is don't buy from them, you will regret it.

i ordered my ci phone and paid 250 dollars to saramobi over 3 months ago via paypal ,i have sent many many e-mails and contacted paypal no responce from saramobi except one saying mobile on its way.i paid extra for fast shipping 3 months later no phone no contact.
maybe thia company is just a scam but all i can say now is if my phone ever comes (which i think it will not )will it work (i think it will not )
save your money everyone i paid and learned the hard way

I already sent you three e-mails, but no response was given.
I payed almost 2 weeks ago but i still didn’t received a shipping detail.

The payment is correct received because i did the payment through Paypal and i have the evidence of payment.

saramobi you still have my order processing (shamefully)from 21/12/11,you will not answer emails,pls resolve the problem you created and ship the item to the person who,s paid for it and be fair to your customers,so I CAN be fair to mine,pls do this so i can move on from this problem,and I can promise you will not hear from me again

Vi har nu kæmpet med dette firma siden juni måned 2011 hvor vi har sendt 1 stk. defekt telefon retur til dem. Vi kan dokumentere, at de har modtaget pakken og alligevel påstår de, at de ikke har modtaget noget. Kvittering fra postvæsnet er sendt til dem! De besvarer ikke mails eller telefoniske henvendelser. Men som man kan se på trustpilot.dk er vi ikke de eneste, der har problemer med at få en tilbagemelding fra firmaet.
