Scusatemi, ma il vostro sito è a scopo di lucro ? Che sono diversi giorni che ho richiesto un condizionatore e ancora non mi è arrivato, qui il caldo incalza, potete accelerare i tempi.

Assistenza assurda e servizio deludente. Mai più!
Ho acquistato un portatile e, una volta ricevuto, ho riscontrato differenze rispetto al modello originale. Ho contattato il supporto e mi hanno chiesto di inviargli un filmato, Fatto! rispondono che non si vedeva niente.
ho inviato 3foto perfette dell'originale e quello arrivato altra risposta: mandare un filmato del malfunzionamento. Pretesa assurda, dato che non essendoci segni di collegamento l'unica cosa da mostrare era uno schermo vuoto!
Davanti a un muro di gomma del genere ho preferito lasciar perdere per disperazione. Azienda sconsigliatissima, non comprerò mai più da loro.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY. They sell the wrong product, they do not accept returns, they do not refund the money, they themselves define what cannot be returned on the product. They sell you a Mercedes, you get a bicycle, they say they do not accept returns, you have opened the package, a completely fraudulent company. They steal pictures from other companies for the wrong product, they claim the product is as shown in the pictures. a completely fraudulent company

State alla larga da questo prodotto, si tratta di una vera e propria truffa. Nella descrizione viene venduto come un hard disk da 4 Terabyte (4000 GB), ma la realtà è ben diversa.

Appena collegato al computer e fatto un controllo reale sulla memoria effettiva, la capacità non arriva nemmeno a 10 Gigabyte! Hanno semplicemente modificato il software interno per far "leggere" al computer una cifra falsa, ma non appena provi a inserire qualche file l'hard disk si blocca o cancella i dati precedenti.

Servizio pessimo e prodotto ingannevole. Chiederò immediatamente il rimborso. Evitate l'acquisto se non volete buttare i vostri soldi.

Ho acquistato un disco rigido portatile da Sarando; non solo non funziona ma mi ha cancellato molte cartelle che cercavo di trasferirle sul disco appena acquistato. Volevo restituirlo, ma e' stato impossibile. Per me Sarando non e' un'azienda affidabile.

3 MONTHS AGO THEY AGREED TO CANCEL AND REFOUND CAUSE THEY CHARGED WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THEY'VE TRIED TO CONCINCE ME IN 3 OCASIONS TO WAIT OR BUY SOMETHING ELSE Y SAID NO. CONFIRMED REFOUND DIDNT CHECK MY BAD, SO NOW 3 MONTHS AFTER I RECIEVE AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY TO A PLACE I DONT OWN ANYMORE AND TO AN ISLAND IM NOT THERE ANYMORE. A TOTAL JOKE. Long delivery time, wrong color AND a very cheap Chinese quality. Absolutely NOT as the show on the internet. They are scammers and steel our money. I paid 50 euros for trash.

Ordered expecting decent quality, especially since they advertise and sell in Spain and Italy. What arrived was clearly cheap AliExpress-type stock, completely misrepresented.

Very poor quality, not as described, and a waste of money. Feels misleading at best, a scam at worst.

Instantly realising mistake emailed and notified seller of error and they responded saying they in turn would amend order accordingly.several weeks have passed and they continue to fob me off

My order was placed 4th November, it took over 4 weeks to arrive with no delivery updates in that time. The item was delivered without any packaging and the box was badly damaged. I sent an email and photos to Sarando with no response. The item was a Christmas present. I will never use this company again and do not recommend any else to either. The item also did not look like the website photos

Stay away from these chinese scammers who pretend to operate from the Netherlands. They do not honor cancellation requests and don’t refund me. All emails are getting ignored and their support number goes to voicemail every time I call.

Don’t buy anything from Sarando!!

I ordered what they named something smart German sight eyeglasses. That adjusted automatically to your far& near sight situation on both R& L eyes. After a long delay and excuses the order arrived. To my surprise I found the eyeglasses totally wrong and I can't wear for seconds. It makes me blind. Emailed and reported the issue. After long correspondence I requested for a refund. They instructed me to post back to China at my expense and get a refund of 40% or keep it give to someone it might fit. I told them my intellectual integrity don't allow.
To me it is Con. I advice anyone not to buy from them and be trapped in their game.
Is there anywhere in the UK where I complain to get Justice.

Avoid at all cost, fake Chinese products. Poor customer service a waste of money.

Una stella perché non si può mettere meno ho acquistato un calendario dei pokemon per mio figlio e stato spedito e rimandato al mittente senza avere una motivazione, Dojo gironi che li contatto ma nulla , una truffa bella e buona dovreste eliminare la visibilità a certi siti su Google che li da come prima scelta d’acquisto .

Darei anche 0 stelle se fosse possibile. Pessimi. Fanno credere di aver acquistato un calendario con bibite a 29.90 euro in offerta pure perche lo vendono anche a 50 e invece arrivano delle figurine di plastica con il design della lattina da appendere. Mai piú. Sconsiglio vivamente
