This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I ordered a bag from them and you would expect for the price you would get an authentic leather bag but all I received was a dropshipped bag to where I am doubting the authenticity of the material. It was wrapped up in a bunch of bubble wrap and had nothing to do with the luxurious vibe they are trying to sell on their website.
I’ve was very disappointed with the quality and requested a return. They’re side states to reach out via email which I did (three times within a week) but my emails went unanswered up until the point when I opened a claim on PayPal to get my money back. All of a sudden they seemed to be very accommodating. They’ve provided me an address to which I could send back my item but I found it odd to have to send it to the UK while the original package came from Gouda (Netherlands) and they’re business address is supposedly in the US. I checked the address for the return on Google Maps and realised that it was an address in a residential area with no signs of commercial use. I’ve have asked them to sent me a company registration number to check if they actually had a company registered there and they refused to provide it to me. It seems like this is a common scam for them to ask you to send the item back to a specific address and then they’ll claim that the package was never received because the resident at that given location has no clue of this practice, putting back liability on you and you will not see your money nor the item back. I proceeded to reconfirm a valid business address for the return which they continuously keep on ignoring and giving me back AI generated emails.
Furthermore, their website has nothing but AI generated content. The reviews about the certain products listed are invalid because you cannot click on them so they’re just random made up “stars”. Same goes for their social sides where it seems they just bought a bunch of followers because there is zero interaction with any of them.
