I owned already a couple suits, also had some bespoke ones, before I came across Sartoro. I bought my first one here and was blown away! That fabric is stunning and the quality of the craftsmenship is just awesome. My suits fit perfect and easily pull attention towards them, whenever I wear them. Now, I own already three suits from here and there will be more to come.

First time buying from Sartoro. The customer service was amazing. I ordered a pair of pants, but we were a little bit off on the sizing- very possibly due to mis-measurements on my side. A few emails, a couple of pictures, and a remake later, it is a perfect fit! I am tall and slim and have issues with pants being too large in the thigh and seat. I worked with Tessa in Sartoro's support team and discussed the changes that I wanted to make. She made recommendations, and together, we came to the right measurements. Now that I have the perfect fit, I WILL be ordering more.

I have ordered 3 suits and 1 Tux so far from Sartoro and they have all been amazing. From customization options to fit, they are always exactly what I want. Making small changes is easy, and their suits are made so additional adjustments can be made easily, if needed, when you receive it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I ordered a tuxedo shirt for myself for my wedding and upon receiving the shirt I realized it was missing the button spaces that would allow for studs to be inserted. I quickly emailed Sartoro to inquire more about the mishap and they responded immediately with a few questions and then shipped out a new, correct, replacement shirt. I greatly appreciate the quick response and great customer service.

Sartoro was a dream to work with on my wedding suit, tux and for my groomsmen's suits. These guys style support and customization is super legit, and they're very responsive. The support was unlimited, and they answered every question I had and made sure I had everything I needed for my big day. The Sartoro team kitted me out with a pair of stretch cotton pants and a business shirt made with the new tech Bamboo fabric. Pants fit perfectly. The shirt is the most comfortable I have ever worn in my entire life. It's next level comfort.

The suit was made to perfection with a great fit, much to my surprise since the measurements were done online. I had an issue with the shirt and they responded promptly with a replacement.

Great fit first time. Excellent Experience

Sartoro really is a great place to get custom made suits. My experience working with them over the past 8 months has been great. I have purchased three suits and the entire process has always been wonderful. I did have an issue with the second suit initially, but that is where the customer service really shined through. So even if an issue arises, don't stress, it will swiftly be corrected. The cool thing to is all of their suits are prepared with enough fabric to make alterations later on (gain weight, lose weight, etc). They give you a card that shows you all of the exact amounts each item can be brought in/out. Overall very thankful I found them when I was in desperate need of new suits.
