We are always happy to recommend Sartoro to our clients as we know they provide amazing customer service, a variety of options, and quality items. Our clients have always been pleased!

I enjoy good clothing in general not just suits. I feel that clothes can make or ruin your day especially if they don’t fit or feel well. I am also very critical of clothing and its manufacture. I hate paying high prices for products that fail to live up to the prices I paid. I also have no trouble staying loyal to brands that live up to my expectations. Those brands are Brooks, Florsheim, Levi, Van Heusen to name a few. However, all of these brands are now milking their brands goodwill by supplying cheaper manufactured products at US pricing. It is like they think we don’t have standards or even worse memories.

I bought from Sartoro a Suit (navy twill), Sport coat (light blue), grey slacks and a white and medium blue shirt. I had to have the suit coat let out to the maximum recommended level but not the sport coat. That was the only issue with anything.

Here is a quick summary of the products to date:

Shirts: Both shirts have been washed about 6 times since purchase. They still feel like new with no shrinkage or button loss. We take my shirts out of dryer half dried then hung to finish drying. They look great.

Coats: I have lost some weight but they feel and look great. I am an old football player and my suit coats always “peak" at the chest when buttoned but neither one of these coats do this. They weight of the fabric feels like a fine suit and is comfortable in most weather. I like the weave of both coats and their linings. The sleeve length is perfect compared to my other suits. To protect my suits I normally don’t travel wearing a suit but a few times I have had to do this but this has not been a problem.

Trousers: My wife tells me that both pairs look like they are custom to me and very attractive. I am not a model type instead a large leg wider body. The trousers are comfortable and feel luxurious even after wearing them all day. I might make a change on my next pair to bring up the waist line a little.

I like your website but for the layman it can be intimidating to order. I am lucky because my wife is an accountant and a seamstress. She really made it easy for me to order online.

In closing I plan on buying my son a suit for his birthday this month and I will be offering him a Sartoro option.

Before Sartoro, I'd been buying suits from expensive design houses. The hope was that these firms would use good quality fabric and tailor the suit for a fitted body. Ultimately, all suits needed additional alterations, making the process lengthy and expensive, and the variety of clothing was limited.

Things completely changed when I discovered Sartoro.
1) First, they only use good quality material, so you're assured that no matter what you pick, the suit will always look high quality
2) Second, they have a large selection of fabric, and you can get actual samples before purchasing the suit.
3) Third, they do customize each suit. This is very important because you'll realize that ultimately you like only one type/shape of a suit: it's virtually impossible that all suits from other design houses will have the shape you like. But with Sartoro, you can design all suits to your liking.
4) Fourth, and to me it's the most important, everything can be done online. I simply don't have time to go to stores and to tailor. The convenience of doing everything online finally gave me the time to basically re-do my outdated wardrobe during weekends and nights.

My only suggestion is to make sure that you take your measurements exactly as reported by Sartoro's guide. It's normal that the first suit won't come exactly as you wish, but mainly because your way of measuring sizes isn't the same as theirs (note that even professional tailors may not follow the same guide). Their guide helps a lot.

I have worked with Sartoro twice now as a bridal stylist and I have a great experience everytime!

First was with The Salmon Suit and it was the highlight of the photos! Your eyes go right to the suit as the emphasis of the photos (sorry bride :D)! No worries the bride loved it! If you are looking for a way to stand out on your wedding day, I highly suggest a colored suit from Sartoro!
The second suit was the Madison Lapis Blue Windowpane Suit. My client gave them the wrong measurements (Sartoro caught the mistake because they know their stuff!) but Sartoro was more than amazing to work with to get the suit tailored for a perfect fit!

Sartoro has been outstanding to work with as far as customer communication and getting the suit to me in a timely manner. I would absolutely work with them again because getting a suit on time is a HUGE deal and working with them puts me at ease knowing it will arrive perfectly and promptly!

Great experience working with the team at Sartoro! They have a great product selection that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I was able to find a great pink linen blazer for my rehearsal dinner. The blazer even matched the hotel that my wedding was being held at to the point where the hotel staff kept asking if they could carry it on site.

Total pros! I had a couple hiccups along the way (no result of Sartoro's) and they knew exactly how to remedy the problems. Lots of quick, open communication. In the end, I got an awesome suit!

I just ordered my 4th suit from Sartoro! At first I needed a tux for a wedding I was in, then I wanted a suit for the occasional need. Now I’m so excited about my Sartoro custom suits that I seek out opportunities to wear them! Note for women: email them, they have a special measurements process for women. You will have an amazing suit for any & all occasions!

Andy and his team made the process very streamlined and understandable. With groomsman all over the country, this was a great way to make things flexible without having to go to a “big box” retailer.

Fabric is soft, comfortable feels durable Customizations are exceptional 3/2 roll, double vent, functional sleeve buttons, ticket pocket, roped shoulders, custom liner, accent thread, dinner split on pants and pick stitching. Service was quick and exceedingly responsive. I had a problem with the initial build of the jacket and they made me a new one with no fuss and the 2nd was dead on. This suit is all season weight and handsome. All the options I asked for were available except a full canvas. I've tried 3 made to measure companies and Sartoro was by far the most responsive and best communicator. The website is easy to navigate and build the suit to your specifications. The end product is solid and better than anything you'll get off the rack. Truly the highlight though was the communication, I had questions and they had answers which made me feel totally comfortable with this purchase. Very nice quality! The color and material of the suit surpassed my expectations! The custom embroidery was ELECTRIC! Hyped on that. The suit was tailored to my short stature, very well. As a shorter guy (5'4ish), I was worried this was going to fit awkwardly, but I was wrong. It fit pretty nicely!

Buying a Sartoro suit is like nothing I've seen to date; their customer experience is outstanding, and their final product is second to none on the market today. I ordered my second suit from them that fit me like a glove once again without ever getting measured or having to see a tailor. Excited to get my third suit later this year!

Sartoro was great! I got my wedding suit from them and was skeptical at first. I then received my suit that was customized down to the buttons on the sleeve that fit nearly perfect! I have a weird shape to my body and the algorithm nearly got everything right. I had alterations done within 30 days and Sartoro reimbursed the tailoring back within a week! My experience has been great and would highly recommend this place for anyone.

I recently purchased a suit from Sartoro after a few recommendations from some friends who recently purchased for a wedding. I own quite a few suits and decided to give them a shot. I went to their online store, put in my size details and waited a few weeks. I was super shocked at how well their algorithm used the few pieces of information I supplied to make such a beautiful suit. I bought the Astor Maya Blue Tux for my wedding. I was looking for something classy and modern. I went to dozens of custom suit stores and websites. And honestly, this exceeded all expectations.

At Sartoro I was able to customize from top to bottom without breaking the bank. The fabric is high quality and the fit is nearly perfect (needed to get one minor alteration). I couldn't be happier and I will certainly be returning again.
