Very straight forward
Very straight forward, transparent experience so far and the platform works well. I've been able to withdraw without any problem or lock-in which is great, and customer service was really helpful (thank you for going the extra mile Sara!). Would be good to have more notifications with market movements for the Trade app, but otherwise recommended investment platform.

Amazing experience using Sarwa
Amazing experience using Sarwa. I have used both their invest and trade product and it the best investing platform I've used so far.
Extremely happy with my returns, and the customer support and advisor staff is super responsive and very helpful.
Would very highly recommend to anyone looking for a passive investing platform and/or to actively trade.

A well balanced robo advisory
Well, this is a decent place to invest with minimal fees. There are minimum fund requirements if you try to invest in US stocks or ETFs if you try from UAE. If you are currently in UAE and want to invest without much of a hassle, this is the place you can try it.
If you are thinking of investing small regular amounts more like a SIP then try this platform.

Disappointed and dissatisfied
The only benefit I used to get from SARWA was the referral bonus they used to give us whenever anyone use our referral code. With this hope, I invited 51 people in total. Out of it, 14 people funded. I got 11 people referral bonus.
Now recently they changed their policy that we will get only 5 funded people bonus in a year.
Then when I checked my referral page I can't see the people registered and funded through me. My effort became a waste honestly. I am disappointed. What should I say telI, my friends and relatives, now? I need to explain to everyone about the new policy. I was an active user from the beginning and even deposited some cash. I assume sarwa might have got enough people through reference so they changed their referral policy. I used to give a good review about it only because of the bonus they gave. Even recently some people registered and funded via my referral code. I even got an email from SARWA that I would get the promised $50. But now my referral list is empty.
I will tell the same to the 51 people registered through me.
I am editing the good review which I gave a couple of months ago and giving one a star.

Sarwa is just amazing. If you are thinking of investing but do not have any financial knowledge, I recommend you to get involved with Sarwa. They have absolutely the best customer service and support you could ever imagine. I myself have been able to make money by just sitting at home via Sarwa.

Best customer support I've ever seen in my life.
I looked around everywhere in the market, and Sarwa was the only "robo-advisor" to bring in a human element.
They even let you visit their office and will answer you with any question you have.

The team has created something that is…
The team has created something that is very accessible and therefore easy for me as a user to set up. Sarwas platform is straight forward and shows my returns on each asset clearly. The response time from the team is quick which in the region can sometimes be lacking. Lastly, in comparison to traditional wealth advisors, I understand the fees and costs which means when I see my returns, those are my actual returns with no hidden charges.
