When did extremely long time to get my item as said on the website to send an email and you will get a return response in 24 hours did at three times and never got a response. Customer service is zero then when the item came it was a poor quality, the wrong sizing very disappointed in this black entrepreneur lady who is Hocking her items on Facebook stay away from her she’s a fraud.

I would give no stars if that was an option. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I placed an order; after I placed my order I was informed shipping 7-12 days. Those shipping days pasted and no shipping notification. I sent an email regarding my order and this was the reply “We are preparing your items which are so hot saled now” I’m not sure what this has to do with my order I placed. Buyers beware!!!!

Do not order from this company, they are a scam! I ordered an outfit and they sent me whatever they wanted too, and not my original piece. Now to send it back, they are telling me I have to send it back! Mind you, they are in China!

This company will substitute items without prior communication with you. Merchandise ships from China, so trying to exchange or getting a refund is a nightmare. Keep your money.

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER from this company they are a complete SCAM,I order a zip up body shaper and what they sent me was nothing like what I ordered very cheap fabric nothing like what was advertised.I hate I wasted my hard earned money.

I ordered 5 items that were about $178. It took about 2 weeks for me te receive my order. Items were not what I ordered on the website. The items were made with cheap fabric, too small and one item I order in a 2pc set came as a jumpsuit. I am furious. When contacted for a return they said I can pay to have package shipped back to China at my expense or keep them and they would refund me $18. This company is a scam, using other people pictures to scam people into buying their cheap, knockoffs. Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered an item in October 2022 to date other that confirmation that my item has been dispatched I have not received the item referred to as order#7732

I have emailed and emailed and everytime I will just receive an automatic response that they will be responding within 24 to 36 hours but they never do

This is just fraud .someone took my money and there's no accountability.is there any institution where these guys can be reported I'm based in south africa and cannot really visit their place of business but I want these guys to be punished for robbing people

Please do not order from this company. It takes way longer that the estimated date for you to receive your items. Also, if you need to return, the address is in China which will cost you at least $50 to return items which is most likely not worth it. Complete waste of money and it's very misleading on site.

Order still showing as order confirmed after 3 weeks, not sure if they even exist as they do not reply to messages. Don’t waste your tome and money on these scammers!

This company is a scam! Do not order. When I first ordered got two tracking numbers that didn’t work. I emailed and didn’t get a response at all. Finally the pants came and they were too small. I wanted a refund they said I had to sent back to China which is not what they say on the web page. Had the nerve to tell me to give the pants to my friends…. The hell you say! I want my money back. I’m reporting them to customs as a fraudulent company and I’m reporting them to PayPal so that they will not us them. I’m still trying to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

If I could give this a zero I would. I ordered a blouse over 6 weeks ago. Within 10 days I had an email to track the order. By about 3 weeks and no blouse, I looked at the tracking. It was still not shipped from China. I contacted the seller and they said they would help accelerate the delivery. I got the blouse today. It's cheap quality and my family laughed at it. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a cute camouflage open front skirt from Sassy's. When I received it it was a bit small so I contact them through messenger and email to see how I could exchange for a larger size. They replied back on messenger with a single line text that read " what's your order number" I sent the order number twice then sent a not so nice message behind them after no one replied back. Well this morning they sent a message saying send a message to their email that they coukd help me. I did and who would guess...
. still no response. I don't know why I'm surprised because they never responded to my first email. I see so many cute outfits I had planned on ordering but they just lost my business. I have never had to deal with this from any company I have every ordered from. People listen BEWARE buy your online clothes elsewhere because these folks here are full of s#$t. They are scammers and if your order doesn't work for you oh well suck it up because you ain't getting know exchange or refund because you can't talk to anyone through any form of communication. My moto is do me wrong oh Karma coming at you and you will lose more than what I paid for that lil funky skirt honey. I will find that skirt on someone else website for sure.
UPDATE...
I just found and ordered the exact same skirt from another site $22.00 cheaper than what I paid with Sassy's. I found it as soon as I finished writing this review. A plus they have contact info and do exchanges and refunds if I need it.

I order a dress over a month ago and still haven't received anything. They are scammers

Took 15 days to receive, and definitely not true to size👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Was told to downsize, I wear a L/XL and bought a medium and it was still too big

I ordered a shirt it was shown to have been shipped 7 days ago and I still don’t have a day when it will arrive. It also took 7 days to be shipped🤬

I have not received my order and I have contacted the company and they have not replied to me it has been almost a month, total scam

I haven’t had my item it appears I’ve been ripped off as there no way of contacting

Did not receive my item and there is no way to contact customer services. I think I have been scammed

Never recieved my order ignored my messages and email address dosent work!! So a waste of money!!!
