We are quite isolated farm with very limited off road access. All equipment was shipped to my daughters house arriving quickly.Kev our engineer went above and beyond liasing with our daughter to confirm our location using what 3 words resulting in finding us first time (rare event). Nothing was to much trouble for him getting everything installed in no time.After slight teathing problem he had us up and running with a service we are more than happy with,he even sent follow up message a week later to make sure we were satisfied with our installation.

Lovely company. Equipment arrived promptly and rge customer service team logged our engineer visit request promptly. Kev our engineer contacted me directly to arrange a suitable time to visit. He was very reassuring on the phone. I was anxious about potential problems with the installation as we live in a rural area, several fields away from the main road and required a dish installing on the side of rhe house.
We had been badly let down by our previous provider and our family had been without wifi for 3 weeks. Kev arrived first thing as promised. He was knowledgable,cheerful and super efficient. He provided an excellent standard of customer service throughout the installation process. He even messaged us later that day to ensure everything was working ok and that we were happy. Kev did an an amazing job. The result now being that our internet speed is now almost 3 times faster than before! Its amazing! As my boys are keen gamers ... they love no longer having constant lags during playing online games and as I often work from home, we have all benefitted and all the family are delighted with the improvement! I couldnt be more pleased with the service that Kevin of Sat Comms provided. From start to finish i can highly recommend his services. On moving to a new house in a rural area, kevin set up my entire 4g interent system as well as an internal mesh system, to ensure i could connect everywhere in the house including an outdoor office.
