First attempt driver could not read my…
First attempt driver could not read my instructions, could not speak English. Had two packs of cigarettes, I don’t smoke, that was not my order. Got messages that I was not reachable, after I left detailed instructions, my number, I put a note on the door. Finally I got a driver that could communicate, he was great. Unfortunately half my order was not included. I was on the phone again trying to get a refund. First time using app and last time. And I have to wait at least 3 days for my regund.

The driver barely spoke english
The driver barely spoke english, and spent fifteen minutes at my door trying to figure out how the app worked from his side, called a friend for advice, asked for another ID that I didn't have. The app itself is fine.

The app needs work…service was great
The app needs work…couldn’t move around it easily. The good part was being able to amend delivery notes (several times). Delivery to the Pearl Apartments can be confusing, the delivery man was nice and understood everything. The order was only partially filled due to out of stock. Timing was important and the order was completed quickly.
