Terrible service from this company…
Terrible service from this company ordered a light before Christmas was told I should have it within a week no reply back phoned then and I was meant to have a return phone call back never got it then I went into the shop and was told once again the person was not on today. And they would call me back Never got a call back phoned them again and was told again the person was not it but promised a call back. I finally got a call back to say the item would be in within 2 days. Today I got a call to say the lights in but it would now be nearly twice the price I was quoted. Terrible customer service would not recommend at all.

Your reply is pointless, When I first went to purchase this light I was told it was £22.50 which you even confirmed this morning on the call saying I know we quoted you £22.50 but it's gone up since then. I offered to pay there and then when I ordered it which uses refused to take the payment which would have secured it at the price you quoted at the time and I was also informed by the gentleman who phoned me 2 days ago it was coming from your other store in Clacton. So the story changes quite a lot by your company, would I recommend you no not at all terrible customer service you still try to cover up your wrongs with this reply.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service. Unfortunately, we had issues with our supplier getting the item to us and delays due to the Christmas period and when the product finally arrived we found that the cost price had dramatically increased. We apologise for not keeping you in the loop with the delays, this does not reflect our normal level of service. However, these delays and the price issue were out of our hands. We appreciate that you purchased another of the same light previously at a lower price but I would also note that at the time of ordering this one, no actual price was given and no payment was taken. Sorry we were unable to help you on this occasion.
