They keep on trying to take money! Probably about 10 attempts up to now! You need to contact your bank and get a new card…. They can’t take any money then…as the details they take money from is your card! I am trying to contact them, to tell them they are getting nothing and to asked them to cancel my details but to with no joy. I can see the message below , input savecentre in your browser but I’m not getting a message “manage your account” so I’m still stuck…. Does anyone know any other option to get in touch with these people please?

Payment of 29.95 has been taken out of my account and I rang my bank because I don’t recognize the transaction and they told me it’s some shopping discount subscription I signed up for and they gave me a number and website to contact but I can’t find the website and the number is not even correct. I have no idea when I signed up for it. It’s an absolute scam. I have no idea how to unsubscribe it cause I can’t even find the website!!!! If anyone have any idea let me know please

I have never heard of or subscribed to this obviously fraudulent company please report them to the SFO Serious Fraud Office.

For anyone who gets charged the £29.95 all you have to do is type savecentre.co into your browser. You will then get a screen "Manage your Savers account here..." where you can insert your email address and then click on Cancel account. As soon as you do that you get a confirmation screen saying your account is cancelled, a text message confirming it's cancelled, and an email confirming it's cancelled. And if you do it as soon as you recognise the transaction Savecentre also cancel that transaction so you don't get charged. So overall, the cancellation process is fine and very quick and you do get your money back but I'm still giving them just one star because I haven't got a clue who they are or how they got my bank details. Hope this helps everyone.

2 months they keep taking the money from my account I emailed but no reply. Completely unacceptable.scams.They keep taking money from my account after many emails from asking them to stop doing it I email them the prove and today I will be emailing again.stop taking my money. I cancel many time void the money.There is anyone here with a telephone number or a email i can address this problem. I want my money back.

Absolute scumbags have taken money out of my account that belongs to my child! You are low life scamming scums! I have never signed up to anything with you! Currently reporting this through my bank! How sick are you to take money out of peoples banks and take their bill money etc! You have no rights, I hope who ever is found is done for this you’re sick!

Mixed feelings.

In the first place, I'm not sure exactly how they got my bank details. But I haven't used any of their services nor knowingly bought anything from them. So for fraudulently taking £29.95 from my account I'd give them 0.

But, after contacting them, I got it all back -

"Hi grant chapman,

We held an amount for £29.95, which has now been voided. The funds have not been processed and the transaction will return to the payment method you originally used to sign up for our service."

So for doing this I'd give them 5 stars if they weren't so conniving in the first place.
