Har efter en måned stadig ikke modtaget min ordre, og firmaet svarer ikke på beskeder. Skulle have lyttet til de dårlige anmeldelser!

Sweater I ordered was super cheap quality. Ordered a medium but the sizing was that if a small. The print on the back had typos. Tried to reach out to their email with no response. Pretty sure their “save the ocean” is scam. Glad I at least got something in the mail

The quality feels so cheap. Definitely not worth the price ong.

I ordered an item from "save the sea" online for a Christmas gift and it never came so I'm going to file a law suit for false advertising and breach of contract.

I ordered some rings 2 years ago and still haven't received them.

Ich dachte ich tue der Umwelt etwas Gutes, wenn ich bei dem Onlineshop bestelle. Habe mir zwei Teile ausgesucht. Die einzige Email die ich bekommen habe war die, dass das Geld abgezogen worden ist. Nach einem Monat kam dann überraschenderweise eins der zwei Teile an. Aus Asien und fünf Mal in Plastik verpackt. Noch dazu fiel aus der Tüte erst einmal ein kaputtes Einzelstück heraus.
So eine Enttäuschung und ein schlechtes Gewissen der Umwelt gegenüber noch dazu.

Ich habe mich davon täuschen lassen, dass es alles umweltfreundlich produziert wird. Leider passt die Versandart und die Verpackung so gar nicht zum wohl eher selbstgenannten Umweltimage des Unternehmens, da es in mehreren Lieferung von irgendwo aus China gesendet wurde und 3fach in Plastik verpackt wurde! Des Weiteren ist es eine miserable Qualität zu unverschämt hohen Preisen. Schade, hier wird mit dem guten Willen recycelte Produkte und Organisationen für die Umwelt zu unterstützen gespielt und die Kunden regelrecht betrogen.

My packages have arrived in the time I was told they would, and have just been tickled with the quality and beauty of each piece. I have been 'stopped' and asked, where did you get that necklace? or-- where did you find that watch?? I have directed them to Save our Oceans. I love the globe necklace I bought. It has a vintage look and the chain is just the right length. Delivery did take longer than anticipated but it eventually arrived intact.

When ordering I made a mistake and selected the US store instead of the AUS store - I didn't notice - a representative from the company gave me a call to see if I would like a refund. I chose to go ahead. When my package arrived an item I had considered but not purchased was included at no cost to me. Save Our Oceans is as committed to its cause as it is to its customers. It is my pleasure to use their products every day.
