I do not want to give ANY STARS…but…

I do not want to give ANY STARS…but it’s the only method to leave a review. Quite frankly this company sucks. They do not respond to customer concerns. I was “promised” a refund and yet have received absolutely nothing, other than smarmy emails and
scripted phrases that will supposedly soothe me = WRONG! This company and its supposed customer care team are completely bogus, they display no knowledge of the simplest attempt of customer service. At this rate I doubt I shall ever receive my refund, so I shall file a claim through the court system in my state and go from there. I have contacted the Division of Consumer protection office in New York State and also the Consumer Affair Office of the state I live in, but neither truly is of any assistance whatsoever.
Whoever it is that owns this business needs to go back to business school and learn what customer service is.
My dealings with that pathetic company have been going on since April 2026.

Filters burst and company is unresponsive

The original filters that came with the unit kept on breaking, filling my cup and Keurig machine with grounds. Contacted the company and they sent some new improved filters which worked much better. Since then I have tried to order the new filters several times and I am getting ghosted. They accept the order but the filters never ship and the company does not respond. They do not publish a phone number and appear to only use email for communication. Too bad as this seems to be a good system when it works.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Had to use one star as that is the lowest rating available.
I placed an order and within the hour I dropped my Kuerig and it is now in about 49 pieces, this means I shall not be replacing it and immediately sent an email to try to cancel the order. Supposedly someone from customer service would reach out to me in 24-36 hours. No one has reached out to me despite my trying to contact them. Well, the unwanted package arrived and I have no guidance from the company as how to return it and I am still looking for an actual person to communicate with I regard to a refund.
If the company is not going to respond in a timely fashion then the oblique promise of their response time should be removed from any communications.
THIS IS IT NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Still haven't received my order!

I purchased this when it was on Kickstarter back in 2021. I still haven't received the product!!! Been emailing the company for the last 3 months asking what had happened to my order. They keep replying with "we will send next week and supply you with a tracking number". I still haven't received confirmation or a tracking number.
After looking at the other reviews here it's probably just as well since it seems the product is garbage anyways.
Absolute shit customer service.

TORN filter problem is fixed!

At first the product I received was Great! The pods worked well and the filters didn't break. Then, came the next set of filters and I lost a lot of coffee trying to figure out what combination of coffee grinds and fluid would get through my Keurig. Finally, I contacted support at "hey at savepods.com" and reached Daniel Webb. He has been GREAT! He responded quickly and let me know they ran into an issue with the supplier and basically had several batches of poor filter. So I had not been doing something wrong! Daniel said they were in the process of fixing the issue with the supplier and would have some filters available in a couple of weeks. Well, it took a bit longer than that, and I understand that being in product development and manufacturing, but when an initial batch of filters came available, Daniel reached back out ask said he would send me 50 filters. I thanked him and told them I would give feedback. Well 50 out of 50 filters worked! Problem solved! I have asked Daniel when the new filters would be on the market and how I can tell the new ones from the old ones. They are working on that now, but in the meantime I was able to order 200 from them today and look forward to getting my savepod back as my main source of coffee in the morning.

Issues happen, and at least from my experience, Savepods has done a good job remedying the issues with the filters -- communications could have better, as I had to inquire about a follow-up multiple times, but I am also sure that they were getting a lot of complaints and its hard to address all of them while you are trying to fix the problems.

Overall, I love the product and what it stands for, and I wish Savepods continued success!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I purchased this for my wife who is an avid coffee drinker. After numerous meals with Daniel Webb. I was supposed to get a new ring to fix the issue. Well after 3 plus months of emails, no ring and you can't call this company!!!!! So basically I spent $65ISH for a useless piece of plastic. I was told that I could send it back and get a refund, but I had to pay for shipping. So let me get this right!!!! You send me a product that I cannot use and I have to pay to send it back!!!!!!!! What a Piece of Shit company!!!!! BUYER BEWARE< DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Filters break and I can't use it at all. Customer Service has been saying for over 2 months they are sending me new filters that won't break. Nothing in the mail. This product is not worth the money and the customer service is horrible and lies.

I should have read reviews before buying, but I didn’t pay a lot for the unit. I too have noticed that there are always coffee grounds in my cup. I have to strain the coffee after brewing. I did so want to like it, because I hate to fill the landfills with plastic. I read the instructions and follow them perfectly but still have coffee grounds sediment in the brewed coffee.

I love the concept but this doesn't work, I've tried making 8 cups of coffee and watched all the helpful videos I could find but every time, I end up with a cup of coffee filled with coffee grinds. They advertise a 14 day money back guarantee but I've sent two emails over the past three days and haven gotten a response. Don't waste your time or money.

The filters burst during brewing. The ones that shipped with the unit worked well,, no issues , but the replacement filters BURST upon use. 5 attempts to contact using online contact. NOTHING but " a representatine will contact you shortly."

avoid at all costs

I backed this on kickstarter. After over 4 years, still no unit, no refund and my money is gone. Yanni's handling of this project is a disgrace and he should be charged for scamming all of us. We get nothing but you can buy it on amazon. His cheating has prevented other viable kickstarters to get my support. Avoid at all costs!!!

Wish zero stars was possible

Wish zero stars was possible. I was original Kickstarter backer and never received my device. But......they are selling on Amazon. Shame on Amazon as well because they were notified of the fraudulent activity.

Kickstarter scammer

Company started a Kickstarter campaign in 2021. Successfully raised over $200,000 with over 3,000 backers. Promise to deliver the product in November of the same year. Currently selling the product on Amazon and their website but failed to deliver anything to the original backers. Yanni, the owner, literally took our money and ran. Scam of a company. If you ever actually get a product, don’t expect any support.
