Excellent Service

Had an issue contacting Save Some Green via their contact page and need to reply to a previous order email. I am delighted to say that the contact page is now fixed and they respond very quickly and are only too happy to help. Very knowledgeable about their products and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tawashi brush brilliant

Bought a tawashi brush 4 months ago from Save Some Green, and was a bit sceptical to be honest, but it's been the greatest thing! The researched info on the website convinced me to give it a go, it arrived brilliantly packaged (you know it's a genuinely planet friendly company when even the packaging is cleverly recycled other packaging) and cheaper than my local posh zero plastics shop. 4 months later, it's going strong, looks great, and I get comments on it all the time. Would highly recommend it, and would highly recommend this company.

They do not reply to contact with them.

I have purchased items from this company a few times, as they appear to fit in with my ethics. I purchased some bamboo toothbrushes from them, as I have before, and they did not send me the ones I requested. I have contacted them online twice and had no response from them. So I am not sure I will use them again. There is no telephone number on their site, and I have stopped recommending them to friends and family. Up to the last order they had been very good, but their customer service needs to improve.

So, it seems that the Contact us page wasn't working. I have been busy as a little teeny bee making that all groovy again. It now functions like a good 'un.

It would be quite lovely for you get in touch so I can fix whatever happened with your order. I searched through but it was hard to find out who you might be without order numbers and the like to reference against.

For the future, in case of anything going wonky. You would have had an email with your order details when you purchased. That email can always be responded too.

Either way. Do please get in touch.

Thank you for your patience.

It looks as though our Contact Us page had decided to be a bit less helpful than intended, which is not handy, is it!. I have now given it a proper tidy-up, and it should be working nicely again.

Please do get in touch so I can help sort out whatever happened with your order. I did try to look into it, but without an order number, name, or email address to match against, it was rather tricky to work out which order was yours.

For future reference, you should also have received an order confirmation email when you placed your order. If anything ever goes a bit wonky, you can reply directly to that email as well.

Either way, please visit the contact page again and I will get it all sorted.

After an initial error with my order

After an initial error with my order, today I recieved my missing item and a lovely note with a couple of extra items. What a lovely, kind thing to do. Such customer service means I will of course order again and recommend to my friends. Thank you James!

This is my second time ordering the bamboo toothbrushes brought they are best I have used so far.

Excellent service from James after I’d ordered the wrong Bamboo toothbrushes, should have ordered firm. I returned the unopened brushes and exchanged them at no cost other than the return postage. Highly recommended.
