I have a really busy life with work and family. So I didn't have the time to meditate. After having my first workshop with Ramya madam on Emotional Healing, I am able to sit for 15 mins a day to meditate. It has been helping me to stay calm and focused in my daily life.

ನಾನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಯದವರೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದುಃಖ, ಖಿನ್ನತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆತಂಕವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಾನು ಖಿನ್ನತೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರುವ ಮಾರ್ಗ ತೋರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಆದರೆ ಅದು ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ, ನಾನು ಶ್ರೀ ಸುರೇಶ್ ರವರ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಮೋಹನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ನಂತರ ನಾನು ಉತ್ತಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ನಾನು ಕೆಲವು ಸಮಯದಿಂದ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಜೊತೆರ್ಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಬಹು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಂದ ಆಚೆ ಬರಲು ಈ ಸವಿಕಲ್ಪ ಹೋಲಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮರು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಬಲ್ಲೆ. ನನ್ನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲು ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಮನಃ ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ

A wonderful place and wonderful people. The entire team is very friendly and welcoming. They all make you feel at home and at ease. Food is amazing too! I would just like to thank you for the wonderful class last Sunday. I was really impressed with the depth and breadth of knowledge of the teacher, and her ability to communicate it clearly. We are so lucky to have such a centre in our community.
