James was straightforward and easy to engage in the lead up to the event and we really appreciated his partner turning up to introduce our guard who came well presented. We hired Savysec to secure our premises overnight for five months after a major burglary, whilst we had security systems installed. James went out of his way to make the experience a smooth one, he rebuilt confidence in the building security for all our tenants, and has always proved to be adaptable to any needs that have cropped up at the last minute without reservations.
