It’s the first time buying from the sawley kitchen and I must say I’m delighted with my purchase, the service is great , posted really fast and I’m really pleased with what I ordered the meringues in four different flavours, they are all delicious I bought them for Christmas but had to try them asap 🤭couldn’t help myself they look fabulous. First discovered your brilliant shortbread many years ago when we visited York Christmas Fair after that we visited York every year to purchase your fantastic shortbread.Now we can buy it online which is great as we can still visit York but don’t have to carry all the goodies home on the train. Thank you for quickly delivering my order and all well packaged.

Amazing company that we first discovered at living north Xmas fair in York. Have since ordered online and received fantastic quick delivery and amazing biscuits.....only problem is I now need a bigger biscuit cupboard 🤣

I bought these delicious shortbread biscuits at a craft fete in Sheffield cathedral they didn’t even make it home as we tried one with out cuppa and ended up sharing them and buying some more. I ordered some on line to put in a gift and arrived promptly and all carefully wrapped with a lovely little note. Will definitely be ordering more and look out for them at different fetes. The customer service is excellent and the biscuits are WOW xx

As a lover of all things Yorkshire I'm so glad I found Sawley Kitchen! Great biscuits, shortbread and other yummy things. Really love trying the different flavours and new things. Brought a selection for a friends birthday and she absolutely loved them. Great customer service, fast delivery and well packaged with a lovely "thank you" card from them as well. Highly recommended and I will definitely be ordering more......especially for Christmas.

Initially the order was not good for various computer based problems and Royal Mail did not help matters. Once Dan found out that things had not gone smoothly, he rapidly investigated and corrected the situation.
The order has arrived, all items with long best before dates and we are looking forward to trying the items that we have not previously tasted.
I would say that we were served by an honest and customer focused company who produce some excellent products.

This is the best shortbread I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot over the years. The taste, and texture are amazing and with so many flavours to choose from, there’s a shortbread for everyone at Sawley Kitchen. I first tried this at Raby Castle Farmers Market and then I placed an order for so treat boxes as gifts and ordered several packets for myself and hubby. Ordering was easy and everything was packaged well with no damage at all to the contents. The treat boxes look really great with a nice ribbon and it’s going to be difficult to keep them for Christmas as I know how tasty the contents will be 😁. I will definitely be ordering from Sawley Kitchen again. Thank you for the perfect treats.

Went above & beyond so my little girl would receive her shortbread before her operation as the hospital told her to take her favourite snack for afterwards so she was adamant she wanted Sawley Kitchen double chocolate shortbread. They upgraded postage & covered the cost & put her some extras in. She is absolutely over the moon. Thank you so much! Incredible customer service & also the best shortbread ever!

We have been using Sawley Kitchen for sometime now. We make regular orders for the Tea & Biscuit Bag and we send them out to our landlords as birthday gifts. The biscuits are very tasty and lots of choice to choose from. The presentation of the gift is great. The order process is quick and simple and if I need help Kirsty is always available to assist with anything.

These biscuits really are the best the shortbread melts in your mouth been buying from these for a few years now never disappointed..not good for the diet though haha

I live in the USA and my husband and I had shortbread cookies while staying at The Grand Hotel in York, England. These are the best shortbread cookies I have ever tasted. I had the White Chocolate Lemon and my husband had the Stem Ginger. Both flavors were outstanding. I only wish we could have tried all the shortbread flavors before leaving England.

Love this company genuinely wonderful people. Our favourites are the chocolate crumble cookies, ginger thins, fruit Shrewsbury and malted barley crackers. Not that we wouldn’t eat any or all of the rest of their extensive delicious range!
