I’ve written several emails for an update on my order and I haven’t gotten an answer. I feel like this is a scam. I ordered a week ago and the tracking link is bogus and my emails are unanswered.

Company and sweater are great
I took a chance by ordering from a company I had not heard of and knew nothing about. But the multicolor sweater was irresistible. I am delighted to say that the transaction was flawless and the sweater is even more wonderful than it appeared. I have to resist the impulse to buy one of them for each of my friends.

NOT MADE IN USA! MADE IN CHINA.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS NOT MADE IN THE USA AS IT ADVERTISES on IG and their site. IT IS ALL MADE IN CHINA (and states that clearly on all the tags), very cheap quality, and took over two weeks to arrive.
It took FIVE back-and-forth messages with them, via PayPal, to get my full amount refunded. Even the company within PayPal isn't Sawull and was in CHINESE (plus English) under a different name. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAWULL.
