I'm asking for a refund. I sent the pants via Royal Mail 24. Today marks 10 days and I still haven't received my money! I'm getting emails asking me to wait, etc. It's my money and I want it back! Who the f... is working?

No Delivery Received, No Refund

Placed an order for next-day delivery. Nearly 2 weeks and still no sign of the item and receiving automated customer service responses when trying to cancel and request a refund. Cannot get through on their customer service number either. Would avoid this company.

Terrible terrible company

Terrible terrible company. I’ve had a string of 20 emails with them, I ordered a tracksuit and returned the top half as it was too small, I tracked the return, they received it back, I sent them the tracking item number, they didnt let me know, havent refunded me/ been in touch to arrange the option of a different size. So basically stole my money!

Very difficult to return items

I ordered large but I was sent medium. This company makes it very difficult to return items. I had to make a request to return the items, then wait until they email permission. I wasn’t sent a return label so had to pay for postage even though it was there mistake. I will not be ordering again!

— this allows customers to submit returns without needing to wait for manual approval.

If you were sent the incorrect item (medium instead of large), that’s completely on us and we apologise for that. In these cases, we’re more than happy to resolve this for you, including covering return costs.

I ordered something for Christmas

I ordered something for Christmas, the size was too small, I returned the package early January and asked for a larger size, they received the package and haven't sent the larger size out yet... It's now April, I have emailed customer service and have had a couple of replies saying they are in with it, but this is beyond a joke, they have now stopped replying to me, absolutely abhorrent service.

I had very bad experience

I had very bad experience, they sent a wrong item and would not cover the shipping back. All was covered by my expenses. The return process is also dodgy, they got to approve it first.. I would not buy again!
