total waste of time. first two ladies call you offering a small business loan, then they transfer you to james, who takes a week to send you paperwork, then he tells me I need to have references verify my company. thats another week gone by. Then Barbara gets in touch with you regarding getting the loan. I signed paperwork too. Then they tell me because I have a default they cant help me. Wasted three weeks of time after being promised a loan. Not recommended at all.

We had already 3 experiences working with this company and I can´t praise enough their great service. James, Danielle and Barbara have an outstanding quality of customer service. I recommend them 100%

I about to start a lawsuit against Jonathan Ponte for flats advertisement and mail fraud. He says if he can not get your loan he will return the $7500 fee this is not true I have been waiting 6 months and he is avoiding my calls so now it is going to have to go to the courts. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR HIS COMPANY!

We started with Ponte on a debt consolidation loan in the middle of 2018. I will admit it was a nail biter for a while! In the end everything worked out just the way they said it would. The Ponte team means business and stands by what they do. We have since built up some great trust along with a record of good payments and have a long standing business relationship with them. Here we are going on year 3 with them on our side and business has doubled year over year! In my experience Ponte stands for....

Beware. It seems like a really shady company. I'm pretty sure it's a scam. One of the girls I work with pointed out something about sba loans, that sba loans are a dot gov not a dot com. The underwriter Devon Dasouqi that I spoke with was kind of rude and pushy on getting all my personal information. There were a few times in conversation that I think he thought he muted the call but I could hear him talking to someone in the background about what sounded like drugs. So I told him I wanted to think about it and did some research and found he had a felony record, real recent too. There's no way that any reputable financial institution or company would have felons working there.

SBA Loan program got me through 2018 and the beginning of 2019. Without them, I can't imagine making it through those low revenue times.

I just followed the directions and received my loan with in a day of signing.

Process was good. Fees were a little high.

Great Service considering all the Craziness of the Covid. The only issue I had is not being able to request an amount increase, We would definitely chosen a higher amount. Depending on how the future unfolds I could see us needing more than what was already approved.

Applied PPP loan on April 3rd and submitted lots of document and got a pre approval on 14th and they need more documents and submitted all docs again.Last few days I am keep on calling and sending email but no response.At last I got some rep on the line and he said loan program was closed and told me you have to go to your bank and talk to them .At least these people can send an email I don't need to wait for this this long,I don't recommend this business to anyone,Don't fall in this trap

On April 2, 2020, I applied for the PPP and received a response within 1 day. I uploaded all the documents and didn't hear anything from them until I emailed my rep, Nicholas Morrell, on 04/15/2020. He requested more information. When I told him about the federal funds had been exhausted. He told me that it was fake news and my file is being reviewed. On 04/17/2020, I e-mailed, no response. So, I called to check on the status of my loan. I got the answering service. I left several messages, no one has responded.

Just found out that yesterday they were charged by the Federal Trade Commission for fraudulently posing as an SBA Lender. There is an article that you can google and see that they denied it. I filled out an application and submitted all paperwork needed to process a PPP Loan just 3 days ago. I have emails from them to prove that they represented themselves as an SBA Lender. I will be notifying the Federal Trade Commission on Monday to report them.Look, it's in their web address.I will also be notifying a lawyer.

I have been funded with two SBA loans by this financial firm and both times Kayla Baldinelli took care of me. I called her on her cell directly for guidance yesterday with everything going on right now and as always she answered all my questions and was able to put my mind at ease. Everyone at this company is great and professional.

This website is practically fraudulent and definitely misleading. It is NOT the SBA and other business owners should be careful and be warned. Shameful they in this time of crisis people are so horrible.
