Lloyd and his team have been excellent throughout our move. The team have been friendly and very helpful. All of our questions have been answered promptly and we never had to chase them for a response. All documentation was sent and clear instructions given.

Great service and I will definitely use them again. I am a First time buyer so wasn’t sure on how everything works. Every time I spoke to Adam or Marie they were more than happy to spend ages on the phone explaining in detail how everything works and always made sure I was happy and understood what was going on before I got off the phone. Always kept in contact to make sure I was up to date with the next stages of purchasing a house and chased the vendors soliciting all the time when needed. Appalling Solicitor. We’ve been in a chain for the past 5 months and 3 days before an agreed SIM, Hannah Morgan, has pushed this back with no timelines, despite all parties involved being packed and ready to go. Including a member of our chain with a severe disability.

Upon chasing for answers we’ve received no response and no way of contacting the Solicitor. This “firm” has no morals or care for anyone’s regard involved and should be disgraced. I would strongly avoid at all costs.

We’re still awaiting answers and I would welcome contact from management.

We felt SB Lawyers were very thorough, friendly and professional, their responses were very quick and always on hand to answer any questions we had. We would be happy to use them again.
