Ivan knew well and fix the problem in a professional manner.
Was out in less than ten minutes.

We have bought appliances from Scan in the past and we have always had good service. They are friendly and genuinely patient. Today I had to go and get my mob screen fixed but was wisely advised to get a new mob, which I am very pleased with. You know you will always get good service there.
We're very fortunate to have a store of this scale here on the island, I've been able to get everything I need here quickly. Additionally, their online store has been extremely useful.
While their prices aren't the cheapest, they certainly make up for it in quality of service, I don't consider the lines at the store to be a negative as there's not much they can do about it beyond what they've already done.
Top service yesterday on 24/07/25 when I went to buy a mobile phone. We were very well served by salesperson Ian. He really went out of his way to help us and give us all the necessary information both to help us buy a new phone and even with other queries we had. Thumbs up 👍👍
Like many others I have bought a lot of things from Scan, I would say thousands I spent - as always I cannot complain about the sales service with a smile - but last Sunday I bought a monitor for €1,299, last one which was on display . . . I got to know this because someone phoned me Monday to let me know it was on display and being used and that if I wanted, and if I chose to I could wait till Friday until the new stock arrives and I'll get a new one out of the box . . . I decided to take the one on display, bought Sunday 6th July - but I asked the person on the phone since I was taking a used monitor, albeit maybe for a few hours could I get a discount or if possible a wire as a matter of appreciation - the person from Scan told me I'll get back to you as he needed to ask his superior - came back and told me, "I repeat either you take that one or wait till the new stock arrives" - also for the same price - no difference at all - as I am one who, when I buy I want something immediately I decided to take the one on display - now it is Wednesday, and I believe that Sunday is not counted as a day of work, and delivery according to Scan takes place 2 to 3 days after ordering - probably it will arrive Thursday . . . not sure as I have not been contacted yet. What I would like to say is, as with other businesses in Malta - there is no appreciation that a customer is a frequent buyer and that a buyer has spent thousands of euros - you are just treated as a person coming to them with money - once they grab you . . . good luck to you. . . that is my experience - sometimes I order from Germany and when I order in the morning I get article, whatever it is next day and also I am provided with a number so that when I order next time I'll be given a discount as an appreciation . . . but we are in Malta and I have given up . . . If possible I'd rather buy from abroad. So sad.
Yes was pissed off a little bit, but as described by SCAN item did arrive early Wednesday morning and I was happy about that, also, I would like to add that this 49" Samsung Odyssey G9 28 OLED Curved monitor is a really amazing thing, and if anyone is into games, like I am, do go for it . . . as it makes a hell of a difference . . . that is all I will say.

In all my years I only had one issue with them on a Nokia 12 which had to be sent twice to factory for the same reason, however as soon as the issue repeated its self, Scan immediately gave me a credit note.
I recently had an experience with Scan that truly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding with a product I purchased, but when I reached out to them, they welcomed me with open arms and handled the situation with professionalism and care.
Not only did they provide a full refund without any hassle, but their after-sales service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, understanding, and genuinely focused on making sure I left happy. It’s rare to find such a level of service these days, and I truly appreciate their approach.
If you're looking for a trustworthy shop that values its customers, Scan is definitely the place to go! Highly recommended!
I bought a monitor for my PC, and the whole experience was great. The website was easy to navigate, I got a great discount, and the monitor arrived just as expected.
SCAN Malta does not allow returns of items in pristine condition with all packaging included bought just 13 days ago. Bought a Gaming Chair & Monitor but the items didn't meet my expectations.
This is why Malta will forever be the forgotten island in the Mediterranean Sea. Poor company can't break even on a sale here and there, do better.
In other countries it's the standard and a right to allow a customer to return any item for any reason within the first month.
Customer service is great. Prices could be better in comparison with other EU countries; however, I understand that we're living on an island. The only thing I can say about my experience is that something is amiss or a hit; you can be in and out in less than 5 minutes, but sometimes you will wait around 15 minutes just to pay.
After-sales customer support does not exist. Buy with the knowledge that if something doesn't work you can throw it off the balcony. Very bad experience!

I had just bought a new mobile from Scan as my old mobile phone went completely bust. Because of this, I was told that they could not transfer the data to the new one. I also faced some other complications when setting up new phone. I needed this phone to be functioning urgently and certainly by the next morning. These employees did their utmost and consulted each other to finally fix all my problems despite the problems they encountered. They certainly deserve praise for the way they deliver customer care. Thank you for your time. Big well done!
I needed a new mobile phone as mine was lost over the weekend. Despite me not enjoying driving around the island, I purchase most of my electronics from Scan, and not to say other store aren't any good, but today Mitchell went above and beyond to ensure I wouldn't have to go back to the store.
As my previous phone was lost/stolen I couldn't remember my login details nor my card PIN. Yes, crappy memory of mine. But Mitchell came up with an alternative and we had my wife send the money instead and it was all sorted. Saving me the hassle of either myself or my wife having to go back.
