Scentimental SA Avis

Scentimental never disappoints 🤩💖

I recently ordered Modern Muse by Estée Lauder, Dior J’adore Rihanna, and Roberto Cavalli Paradiso, and I’m in love with all three perfumes! They smell elegant, rich, and long-lasting perfect for any occasion ✨
"you smell sO good" that's what I want to hear!!!!
The delivery was quick, and the WhatsApp support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. I started with one perfume in mind and somehow ended up buying more because the experience was just that good 😅 1 FOR 3

Thank you for the excellent service and genuine perfumes. Definitely shopping again soon 💕

The perfumes replicate the originals with high accuracy. You enjoy the same vibe without the high cost.

The company is super efficient and well organised I can always count on the staff to sort me out the customer care is incredible.

I bought my first 2 bottles in Dec 2024 - I loved it!!! Since I bought another 12 bottles and I'm ready to place my next order. I love the smell and the fact that the smell lasts longer than expected. I have to give the support and service a 10/10 as well. I recommend Scentimental even in my sleep! Thank you Scentimental team.

Scentimental
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the fragrance I received from you.

Unfortunately, the product does not perform as expected at all. Upon application, the scent fades almost immediately and has virtually no longevity. Even shortly after spraying, the fragrance becomes undetectable, which is very frustrating given the expectations set at the time of purchase.

I was specifically advised that this fragrance was the same as, or equivalent to, the product I previously purchased from SA Fragrance Delivery. Based on my experience, this is simply not the case. The scent profile is noticeably different, and it does not share the same notes or character as Issey Miyake, which was the primary reason for my order.

As a returning customer familiar with how this fragrance should smell and perform, I am confident that this product does not match what was described or what I have used before.

I would appreciate a prompt response to explain this discrepancy and to advise how this issue can be resolved.

Received the perfume as a birthday Gift. It's literally the same as the original scent. I'll probably be getting more.

I can confirm that the perfume maintains its fragrance for up to 24 hours. The customer service was excellent; I received regular updates throughout the entire process until my order was delivered. Overall, my experience with scentimental was outstanding .

On my word, I looooove my perfume. I received it today. Highly recimmend it. Cant wait to order again. Thank you 💫

Will never buy from any other brand ever again. The Scentimental fragrances is my obsession...I have a dedicated floating shelf for them in my make up room

Value for money, amazing products!

The variety and amazing products are above and beyond expectations. Really worth it

In less than 5 minutes ive already got 2 complements, im so happy i went with scentimental

Amazing! Hubby and I are obsessed with perfumes and so happy to find a brand that lasts and is affordable especially with their combo deals!

I didn't trust that I was even going to receive my order but I made an order anyway.I bought inspired by creed irish tweed and Inspired by Calvin Klein eternity for men. I received my order and yoh I must say they smell to damn good if I could take a picture of a smell I would. You've gained a new customer because I'm definitely going to come back for more.

I’ve been exploring various local fragrance houses, and Scentimental is consistently hitting the mark. The performance on their oil-based inspirations is impressive—true 'beast mode' longevity that lasts throughout a full workday. The scent accuracy is spot on, especially compared to higher-priced retail versions. If you’re looking for high-quality scents that actually project, this is the place to shop online in SA."

I had a great experience in purchasing 2 fragrances from their clearwater store, they smell like the original and it lasts the whole day. You can smell it before you enter a room, the sillage is exceptional. You can stand in one corner, and can be smelled from the other would definitely recommend.

i'm very happy with my purchase! The perfumes smell amazing and exactly as expected. Delivery was super quick, received my order within 2 days. Great service, I’ll definitely order again.

Great scent, affordable and last long. Very impressed. Service impressive.

Great experience overall! Customer support was fast and helpful, delivery was right on time, and the fragrance smells amazing. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
