Bad customer service experience
Unfortunately I placed an order using the welcome code to my mother’s address as I was out of town. Now I completely understood the misunderstanding and keeping it fair to “new” customers however upon receiving the emails detailing why my order was not yet shipped. “Kelly Atkinson” was emailing me and the emails came across as extremely rude and suggestive. I explained my situation with being out of the country at time of order and she proceeded to contradict me with ordering near Cardiff when it was my mother who placed the order on my behalf. I have never felt so belittled and embarrassed in my life. I asked how to leave a review and she went on to tell me that leaving a negative review would not be fair to the business as it is a small business?. I am utterly disgusted and humiliated with how this was handled. If you are looking for a great place for scents then this is the place however customer service is a solid 2/10.

We’re genuinely sorry to see that you have been left feeling this way, as it was never our intention for our correspondence to cause upset.
The issue related to our New Customer Discount, which is a one-time offer per household. The order was initially flagged by our system because the shipping and billing address matched details previously associated with use of the New Customer Discount. The name on both the billing and shipping address was also the same as previously used. Based on the information available to us, there were therefore several matching details which resulted in the order being flagged for review.
We appreciate that you subsequently provided further information regarding the circumstances, but when we initially contacted you we could only act upon the order information available to us. Our New Customer Discount is simply a policy that we have to apply consistently to all customers.
We’re also sorry that our response regarding the location of the order made you feel that we were questioning your honesty, as this was never our intention.
In your email to us, you specifically stated:
> “At the time I happened to order from yourselves I was unfortunately out of the country so obviously I could not have it delivered to my house as I was on holiday.”
From the wording of this email, our understanding was naturally that you had placed the order yourself while you were out of the country. We therefore responded by explaining that the information recorded against the order showed that it had been placed from Cardiff, UK.
You subsequently clarified that your mother had actually placed the order on your behalf while you were away. We completely accept that explanation; however, this was not mentioned in the original email quoted above and therefore wasn't something we could have known when we responded. We feel this additional context is important, particularly as the account given in your review differs from the information we were originally provided with.
We would also like to gently clarify the point regarding the review, as we feel our comments may have been interpreted differently from how they were intended. When you mentioned leaving a review, we explained that you were, of course, entitled to share your experience and opinion and that you would automatically receive a review invitation from the independent third-party company we use to collect customer reviews. Our only request was that any review left fairly reflected the full circumstances of the situation and the correspondence between us.
We would also like to clarify the cancellation of the order. In your very first reply to us, after we explained why the New Customer Discount had been flagged, you asked us to cancel the order. We therefore cancelled and refunded the order as requested. The cancellation was not a decision we made ourselves following the subsequent correspondence; it was carried out in accordance with your request.
We’re genuinely sorry that what began as a query regarding a promotional discount has resulted in you feeling disappointed with our customer service. Throughout our correspondence, we have tried to remain polite and professional, explain why the order was flagged and respond to the information available to us at each stage.
We fully respect that you may not agree with our decision, but we do feel it is important to provide the full context where information within a review differs from the correspondence we received.
We are sorry to hear that you and your family have decided not to shop with us again, and we wish you all the very best for the future.

Very good site. Lots of different fragrances to buy and the smell lasts a long time and doesn’t have an after smell once you blow the candle out. Highly recommend.

The smells are amazing have ordered from other suppliers and always gone back to this one, i’ve had hoover discs melts and carpet freshener… which all leave a lovely aroma the wax melts are 5 * also very quick delivery 😊

Last time I go them the smell was so much stronger. I told everyone how amazing they were and I’ve let them downs.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the oils didn’t seem as strong as you remembered from your previous order.
Our diffuser oils are sold in their neatest form, exactly as we receive them from our fragrance supplier. They arrive with us in larger bottles and are simply decanted into our smaller diffuser oil bottles for sale.
The strength and longevity can naturally differ between individual fragrances due to the different fragrance notes within each oil, as well as factors such as the diffuser being used and the surrounding environment.
We’re sorry to hear that this purchase hasn’t performed as you expected..

I can not recommend this company enough.
Wax melt scents that lasts for days, loadsss of choice, personal touches & quick delivery. I’ve ordered from scents @ no3 many times & I’ve never once been disappointed. Prices are very reasonable & i’d honestly pay more for these wax melts- they are that good!!
The wax melts are white in colour- simple & classic which makes for a much MUCH easier clean up.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
