I didn't buy for a while because I didn't like the removal of colour or the new formulation or packaging. This is MY PERSONAL PREFERENCE, not a problem with the product. However the mini melts are excellent and I would definitely recommend

Thank you for your wonderful review! We truly appreciate your continued loyalty and the feedback on the mini melts you’ve tried. Just to clarify, our formulation has not changed, and the mini melts are made using the same high-quality ingredients and in the same batches as our full-size snap bars. The only difference is the size, so if you decide to switch back to the snap bars, you’ll enjoy the same incredible scents and lasting fragrance, thank you for your recommendation, we really appreciate it! 💕✨
Absolutely amazing !!!!
Will never ever use anyone else for my wax melts. I absolutely love these (and I’m very fussy!) you only need to use one and it lasts all day and the scents are absolutely phenomenal! My whole house smells amazing all day long! They always have deals on and discounts and postage is fast and reliable … you will not be disappointed… Thankyou ❤️

I have purchased these in the past & feel they are cutting costs.
I have purchased these in the past & have been very happy with them I tend to order in the winter a lot more - Ive not long ordered them again and will say I was disappointed as the change of packaging had changed & have to admit the ingredients has definitely changed as they don’t last as long as they used to and not as strong, such a shame as previously I was very happy with them all. Will I buy again sadly no, I will now have to shop around for another make as I feel they are now cutting costs.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear this order didn’t meet your expectations. Since your last order in 2023, we’ve made some changes to enhance our products and customer experience, including a new packaging design that required significant time and investment. This change reflects our vision for the brand and allows us to present our wax with a custom, branded look.
Please rest assured that our ingredients haven't changed. We’re committed to maintaining the quality that our customers value and trust. Altering a formula that has worked so well would not align with our focus on consistency and satisfaction.
Since you mentioned using wax melts more in winter, you might find our blog post on seasonal temperature changes helpful. Cold weather can affect wax performance, and we share tips on getting the best results in all seasons.
Additionally, we’d like to address your concern about cost-cutting. The financial investment in our new packaging and design was substantial, and if our goal had been to reduce costs, we would have simply retained our previous packaging, which was far less expensive. Instead, our focus is on continually enhancing our products and providing a premium experience for our customers. Our new style has received excellent feedback, and we believe it reflects our commitment to quality and improvement.
If you’d like to discuss anything further, please reach out—we’re here to help. Thank you again for your valuable feedback as we continue to grow and improve.
