I have recently competed my level 4 certificate in education and training with jakub as my tutor and arrsalan as my assessor. They have been so supportive and helpful. I have really learnt a lot from them.
I would like to thank them for helping through everything including my placement as my course was so complicated than what the standard courses would normally be. Due to my additional recognition of prior learning.They have been incredibly helpful and so supportive.
I look forward to completing my final placement for my level 4 lead iqa course with them in the next few weeks.
This is now my third course of 4 courses I have completed with them. They are absolutely awesome.

I have just completed my level 3 award in Education and Training. I was able to do it in my own time, with no pressure from Britannia, but I knew I could contact my Tutor Clare at any time and be supported with my learning journey.

The fact I could work on the course for a day or two then leave it for weeks due to life commitments was brilliant for life, not so for remembering where you are in the course, but it was laid out in such a way that it was possible to do in this way.

A good course, great team, and very well priced!

Awful service, website is hard to navigate and it always has issues where I submit my work.
The response is always it hasn't attached, even though I upload it and then submit it never goes through.
Tutors/markers of work tell you contradicting feedback that will literally be the opposite of what they just told you two weeks ago.
I will never use them again and I'd advise others to stay clear of this service.

My name is Suraya, and I am currently doing the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training course. I am nearly finished, and my experience has been very positive. From the beginning, I have received all the support and guidance I needed. My support tutor, Jofia, has been very supportive and understanding. At every step, she has given me kind support and encouragement.
From admission onwards, the team has been very professional, and everything has been well organised. I especially like “MOODLE,” where I can find all the information about assignments, guidance videos, templates, books, and useful websites. This has been really helpful for me as a busy mum while completing the course.I would like to thank everyone, and I would recommend “Britannia Education Group” to anyone who wants to do the course, especially those who have a busy schedule.

I would recommend it 100%. From start to finish the level of support is great. Personally i don't have the time to spend hours upon hours studying due to having a full time job and 3 children so for me it was great i could work all in my own time at my own pace. My children can be very distracting and often i will forget where i am etc but my Tutor was there all the time to help and answer any questions i had.

I would highly recommend using Britannia for distance learning. The resources are vast and easily accessible for you to complete the course and the assignments are clear and well laid out. The Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training course offered by Britannia Education Group was exceptionally comprehensive and detailed. I have absolutely no regrets about taking this course with Britannia Education Group. The resources supplied were highly beneficial and effective. At the same time, the assessments tested my intellect, as some of the tasks required brainstorming, which proved to be both demanding and engaging for me.

I particularly appreciated the work placement experience; the constructive feedback I received from both the theoretical and practical aspects was outstanding, as it highlighted the areas where I needed improvement and made me a better professional.

I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by my tutors, Zofia and Mohammed Arslan. They were incredibly supportive, responsive, patient, and courteous. Amazing from start to finish. The registration process was quick and easy. The set out of the online portal is user friendly. Assignment marking is fairly quick and any amendments needed to get to pass stage are clearly highlighted to you. Friendly and approachable tutors too. All in all, a brilliant experience. Really quick and easy enrolment. Assignments are planned and grouped effectively together. Feedback on assignments has been prompt and helpful.

downside is no email is sent to your personal account when feedback is given so you have to check Moodle regularly
